Caribbean Cruise on the Grandeur of the Seas

In March of 2022 we cruised out of Barbados on the Grandeur of the Seas which is a Royal Caribbean ship. We were in a Junior Suite. We went down to Barbados the night before and had a lovely afternoon and evening at the Hilton Barbados. We had a wonderful dinner at the Steakhouse. In the morning after breakfast we went to the ship.

We visited Aruba, Curacao, Bonnaire and St Lucia and Granada. Cruising from Barbados for 7 nights allowed us to get to the Southern Caribbean. We had the anytime dining except for the nights we went to Giovanni's Table which is the Italian restaurant and Chops Grill which is the Steakhouse and never disappoint.

We took excursions in all the stops. In St Lucia we went to a place where they make chocolate which was right up my alley as I am a chocolate lover. Aruba is a wonderful island to visit with amazing beaches and nice shopping. Curacao is charming. When coming into port I suggest being up on deck on the starboard side as the city of Willemstad is on your right and very colorful. Walking around town is lovely. Also, great for shopping.

The ship is a mid size ship by today's standards. The ship takes aprox 2000 passengers based on double occupancy.

Wonderful Family Cruise

Guiding Us Through A Cruise

Perfect Honeymoon Experience

Cruising

I had a wonderful experience working with Danny over several years. He is extremely knowledgeable and made the planning of my cruise vacations enjoyable and uncomplicated.
