Our agent, Michael was very personable and helpful. He arranged our cruise details, helped us with applying a military discount and helped make our pre-trip hotel reservations. He was in contact with us several times to clarify our arrangements and then followed through and sent the information on to our cruise company member info so we could go online and set our preferences. He was prompt in responding to my emails. It was a pleasure working with him. We have used Michael as our agent on several trips and he has always been extremely helpful, prompt in replying to follow up questions. Best travel agent ever
We always get wonderful personal attention from Michael. We've used his help to go to Tahiti, Ireland, and Hawaii, all different modes: cruise, coach tour, resort stay. Michael always goes the extra mile to understand my travel preferences. He makes sure absolutely every detail is seen to. Plus he checks in regularly before, during, and after the trip to make sure I don't have any questions or concerns. Would 100% recommend.

Antarctica bucket list expedition
12 days...icebergs, penguins, whales breaching, walking on sea ice, hikes on the ridges of deception bay active antarctica volcano, and Kayaking between sea ice and icebergs... while surrounded by whales, penguins and seals.....
Booked our antarctica trip while in Santiago Chile, 13 days prior to embarking....Our agent was thoughtful, rapidly coordinated our trip and made himself available 24/7. - Larry C.

Excellent travel knowledge!!!
Michael was very familiar with our particular cruise. He was aware of stateroom positions in the ship and even the best side of the ship for viewing the shoreline. Excellent follow-through.

South Pacific Cruise and land stay
We did a 10 day Paul Gauguin Cruise and ended our vacation with five nights in an overwater bungalow at Le Pearl Bora Bora. Michael helped us plan all this including airfare, transfers and recommendations for things to enhance our trip. He was excellent to work with responded to our calls in a prompt manner and was always willing to help us with whatever we need. I would highly recommend Michael for planning a vacation

Professional, personal service

Best in the Business
Michael did a fantastic job for my wife and I and he gets the full backing from his agency to ensure that travel plans run perfectly. COVID meant it took us three tries to get Alaska but Michael was there with us through the complete experience guaranteeing that we had a first class trip.
