Carrie and I began corresponding March 2021 when my sister in law invited me on her birthday trip to Punta Cana. I was a little nervous about the process considering this was my first international trip. However, Carrie laid everything out in simple terms and steps making the process stress free and easy for me. I loved the facts that no question was too small, and I receive a response in a timely manner. London Adventure
We recently spent an incredible week in London which would not have happened without the help and support of Carrie- our amazing travel agent! From the very initial states of planning the trip, Carrie took the time to make sure she understood what we wanted and needed, and was always available to answer questions and offer advice. It can be daunting planning a trip like this on your own, which is why I would always recommend using a travel agent. Carrie goes above and beyond - she emailed us directions on how to get places using the tube, organized a surprise for my two daughters at the Harry Potter Studio Tour and took care of an issue for us while we were in London. The entire trip was a success thanks to Carrie. I cannot recommend Carrie enough - she makes traveling fun and exciting and more importantly - stress -free!

She has found some awesome horseback riding venues that cater to the more experienced rider. This last adventure was a challenging ride, but so enjoyable. Best Beatles Fan Experience I can Imagine!
Carrie helped my dad and I plan the perfect UK vacation for the Beatles fans that we are...and made it so easy! Working with Carrie never once felt like "work". Rather, just by giving her a little sketch of an idea, she came up with the vacation of a lifetime, full of wish-fulfilling experiences! Everything was better than I could have imagined--for example, the accommodations weren't just excellent places to stay but were strategically located to make getting to and from our various activities and points of interest simple and fast. In addition, Carrie prepped us with tips and suggestions for navigating London and Liverpool. It all added up to us never once feeling stressed or anxious about traveling in an unfamiliar place. Great winter getaway
We've worked with Carrie a couple of times now and she always exceeds our dreams for the trip. This time we wanted to go to the Caribbean. We got a late start on planning the trip, so our initial ideas were sold out. Carrie was able to suggest some options in areas we hadn't considered with all of the amenities that we wanted. Sandals Jamaica Adventure
Our trip to Sandals Negril, Jamaica was amazing and this was because of the planning that our travel agent, Carrie Bryniak, provided us. Carrie had introduced my husband and I to the Sandals brand a number of years ago. She helped us with the first trip to Sandals Montego Bay in 2017 on a club level and again with our trip this month to Sandals Negril where she had suggested the butler level. She had explained that once you go have butler you will not want to go and and though it took us a day to get used to asking our butler for what we wanted, she was correct - we will never go back.

This was my second trip working with Carrie. I can't recommend her enough! We went to Hawaii and it was the trip of a lifetime. We gave Carrie a budget and a time frame and she gave us many options. She even kept us under budget so we would have extra to use for excursions. Carrie sent us a detailed itinerary for the entire trip. She planned all the transportation and even sent a lit of recommendations of things to do and places to eat on each island. Carrie also made sure we were eligible to travel into Hawaii and helped make the arrival process so smooth. When we checked into the hotel we were surprised with gifts (cookies, car, beach bag) from Carrie. However the BEST part, she had fresh leis delivered to the room for us! This was so special bc this was my first time visiting and the airport no longer does welcome les due to covid. I could not have planned this trip without her! Two unforgettable trips!
This is the second time my husband and I have used Carrie Bryniak and it will not be our last! Our first trip was for our honeymoon almost 3 years ago. We did not know where we wanted to go then but we knew what our budget was. Carrie sent us numerous options at various locations. We decided Mexico for that trip and she found the most perfect resort that fit exactly what we were looking for. We were also surprised with all the extra details she put into the trip. Three years worth the wait!
We started working with Carrie in 2019 to book our Viking River cruise on the Danube River. Her expertise and guidance assisted us in booking our cruise with a pre-extension in Prague for July 2020. Then in March 2020, the COVID-19 pandemic hit the world down along with our planned cruise. Carrie! Without her, I really think we could have been lost without her. Her constant communication and updates (as much information as the travel industry could know) throughout that time reassured us and we made the decision not to cancel our trip, but to postpone until the summer of 2021...seriously, how long could this pandemic last! Well...unfortunately, Viking cruises postponed cruising out of utmost caution so our trip for 2021 was canceled. Through all the cancellations and rebookings, Carrie was incredible and so patient. She answered all of our questions, eased our worries, updated COVIDE restrictions, and so much more. She is really the best and I will recommend her to everyone!

The best place to turn 40!
Carrie made the experience painless during covid times. We originally thought we would like to go to Aruba, and Carrie provided plenty of options. However, with what we wanted for my birthday trip, we ended up deciding on Beaches Resort in Turks & Caicos. We were not disappointed and did not regret changing locations. Carrie continue to give us option for what we could do on the trip, such as spa treatments or Fast Track services at the airport (which, I highly recommend). She made sure we knew all of the traveling requirements. She provided us with lists to make it easier. Ever after we arrived at the resort, Carrie continued to take care of us with little surprises. You will not be disappointed going through her. She has gained us as lifelong travelers as long as she continues to provide her services. We have recommended her to family and friends, and we will continue to do so.

Made planning a Disney trip as easy as possible!!
Carrie was so helpful right from the beginning. She got everything I was wanting booked-including restaurants. One thing that really impressed me was her giving me her honest opinion on a questions I had. I was trying to decide whether I would really be missing out if I didn't do a particular event. I explained to her what my thoughts were and asked for her advice thinking she would probably be obligated to tell me I needed to make the extra purchase. She not only didn't do that, but she took her time and gave me her honest recommendation. To me that speaks volume about her character. Great Anniversary Trip!
This was the second time I worked with Carrie. This trip we added going to Universal Studios and did a split stay between Universal and Disney.
