Carrie and I began corresponding March 2021 when my sister in law invited me on her birthday trip to Punta Cana. I was a little nervous about the process considering this was my first international trip. However, Carrie laid everything out in simple terms and steps making the process stress free and easy for me. I loved the facts that no question was too small, and I receive a response in a timely manner. Very professional and easy to work with, I will be recommending Carrie as a travel agent to any of my family and friends that are considering taking a trip and I definitely will be using her services again in the near future.

London Adventure
We recently spent an incredible week in London which would not have happened without the help and support of Carrie- our amazing travel agent! From the very initial states of planning the trip, Carrie took the time to make sure she understood what we wanted and needed, and was always available to answer questions and offer advice. It can be daunting planning a trip like this on your own, which is why I would always recommend using a travel agent. Carrie goes above and beyond - she emailed us directions on how to get places using the tube, organized a surprise for my two daughters at the Harry Potter Studio Tour and took care of an issue for us while we were in London. The entire trip was a success thanks to Carrie. I cannot recommend Carrie enough - she makes traveling fun and exciting and more importantly - stress -free!

A wonderful Alaskan Adventure

What an amazing experience!
Carrie is always amazing. She has great detail in her job. I recommend her to everyone. She helped me navigate Walt Disney World. She gave me great ideas. One was the pre-party for fireworks at Magic Kingdom what an amazing experience. Desserts were amazing.

Exactly what we wanted!
We have booked three separate trips using Carrie from a Christmas Disney trip, to a Family Hawaiian Getaway, to our most recent trip, a couples anniversary retreat. She listens to what we want, makes several suggestions based on your input and her experience. So far she is 3 for 3 and we look forward to the next adventure she will help us plan!

Always the best planned trip by Carrie
Carrie always takes the time listen to us and then provide options that fit what we were looking for. Once we zero in on a destination she then provide insight into what we may expect and what excursions we maybe interested in. She has found some awesome horseback riding venues that cater to the more experienced rider. This last adventure was a challenging ride, but so enjoyable. Carrie makes sure we are happy with our plans as well as the outcomes. I really enjoy working with Carrie.

Best Beatles Fan Experience I can Imagine!
Carrie helped my dad and I plan the perfect UK vacation for the Beatles fans that we are...and made it so easy! Working with Carrie never once felt like "work". Rather, just by giving her a little sketch of an idea, she came up with the vacation of a lifetime, full of wish-fulfilling experiences! Everything was better than I could have imagined--for example, the accommodations weren't just excellent places to stay but were strategically located to make getting to and from our various activities and points of interest simple and fast. In addition, Carrie prepped us with tips and suggestions for navigating London and Liverpool. It all added up to us never once feeling stressed or anxious about traveling in an unfamiliar place. All in all, we had an awesome time and Carrie's diligence, planning, and care were all major contributing factors to that outcome!

Amazing Western Adventure

Vacation to Paradise!

Great winter getaway
We've worked with Carrie a couple of times now and she always exceeds our dreams for the trip. This time we wanted to go to the Caribbean. We got a late start on planning the trip, so our initial ideas were sold out. Carrie was able to suggest some options in areas we hadn't considered with all of the amenities that we wanted. And the prices were under budget. To top it off, Carrie was able to get a special romantic evening for us. We tell all our friends about Carrie because we know she would take care of them.

Best Way to celebrate our 29th anniversary
Carrie understood what we were looking for in a resort and a vacation. The Sandals Resort at Montego Bay was exactly what we wanted and we had the best vacation because of it. The room was perfect too and everything I had asked for.

This was a vacation of a lifetime!
Carrie did an awesome job planning our vacation! Everything was coordinated and had no issues with any of the travel plans. The trip app was so cool that we had everything at our finger tips! Sandals Jamaica Adventure
Our trip to Sandals Negril, Jamaica was amazing and this was because of the planning that our travel agent, Carrie Bryniak, provided us. Carrie had introduced my husband and I to the Sandals brand a number of years ago. She helped us with the first trip to Sandals Montego Bay in 2017 on a club level and again with our trip this month to Sandals Negril where she had suggested the butler level. She had explained that once you go have butler you will not want to go and and though it took us a day to get used to asking our butler for what we wanted, she was correct - we will never go back.

Amazing planner!
I can't say enough about Carrie! She has planned several trips for my family and I and they were stress-free and perfect! She is very detail oriented, extremely responsive, and she has wonderful connections with vendors that are really great at what they do. Unforgettable family trip
From start to finish Carrie has been simply superb in organising and planning our family holiday to Orlando and NYC. We had a super time and a large part of that was thanks to Carrie. She was on top of everything, constantly listening to our requirements and suggesting and organising all the big and little details for us. Her knowledge and experience is clearly extensive, especially when it comes to Disney and Universal, and this has been clear throughout our trip. Pre, during and post she has always been on hand. She has always been extremely responsive, always pro active and has a wonderful and warm style to how she operates. The best trip ever!

Mahalo Carrie!
This was my second trip working with Carrie. I can't recommend her enough! We went to Hawaii and it was the trip of a lifetime. We gave Carrie a budget and a time frame and she gave us many options. She even kept us under budget so we would have extra to use for excursions. Carrie sent us a detailed itinerary for the entire trip. She planned all the transportation and even sent a lit of recommendations of things to do and places to eat on each island. Carrie also made sure we were eligible to travel into Hawaii and helped make the arrival process so smooth. When we checked into the hotel we were surprised with gifts (cookies, car, beach bag) from Carrie. However the BEST part, she had fresh leis delivered to the room for us! This was so special bc this was my first time visiting and the airport no longer does welcome les due to covid. I could not have planned this trip without her! You will not be disappointed, I promise! Carries goes the extra mile every time!

NYC at Christmas!
I cannot recommend Carrie enough. Planning this entire trip was made so much easier and so much more enjoyable thanks to Carrie. You can tell she really cares about her clients and wants to give them the absolute best vacation she possibly can. Carrie Goes Above and Beyond!
Carrie has provided excellent travel services for several trips for us. However, this last trip, that was originally planned for May of 2020, she went far above and beyond what I believe any other agent would have done! There were so many ridiculous twists and turns in the planning/scheduling process, and she nearly eliminated the stress. I cannot imagine how this travel coordination would have gone without her!

Two unforgettable trips!
This is the second time my husband and I have used Carrie Bryniak and it will not be our last! Our first trip was for our honeymoon almost 3 years ago. We did not know where we wanted to go then but we knew what our budget was. Carrie sent us numerous options at various locations. We decided Mexico for that trip and she found the most perfect resort that fit exactly what we were looking for. We were also surprised with all the extra details she put into the trip. She made sure to give us the honeymoon package and even had a butler for our bungalow! She helped to book all of our excursions and even set up all of our transportation. I would never even think about these details so I am grateful for her! We received a detailed itinerary with all our activities before we left. Three years worth the wait!
We started working with Carrie in 2019 to book our Viking River cruise on the Danube River. Her expertise and guidance assisted us in booking our cruise with a pre-extension in Prague for July 2020. Then in March 2020, the COVID-19 pandemic hit the world down along with our planned cruise. Carrie! Without her, I really think we could have been lost without her. Her constant communication and updates (as much information as the travel industry could know) throughout that time reassured us and we made the decision not to cancel our trip, but to postpone until the summer of 2021...seriously, how long could this pandemic last! Well...unfortunately, Viking cruises postponed cruising out of utmost caution so our trip for 2021 was canceled. Through all the cancellations and rebookings, Carrie was incredible and so patient. She answered all of our questions, eased our worries, updated COVIDE restrictions, and so much more. She is really the best and I will recommend her to everyone!

Summer Trip to Japan
Carrie helped us plan an incredible trip to Japan. From setting us with the exact right tour company for our family, to patiently working with us as we tweaked and tweaked the itinerary. Carrie even sent travel journals to my children before our trip so they could write about their experiences. Its these special touches and going above and beyond that keeps us booking trip after trip with Carrie. Amazing anniversary river cruise

Amazing Experiences
Carrie is top notch, there is no question. She has helped my family and I plan several trips that went off without a hitch! She's extremely knowledgeable and very responsive. An experience we will never forget
Carrie was truly wonderful. I had started planning this trip about 13 months before our departure date. She was with me every step of the way. She found us a fabulous hotel with great amenities. It was a trip for my granddaughter (16) and myself. I felt very safe, Carrie knew that was a concern. The tours she lined up were perfect.

The best place to turn 40!
Carrie made the experience painless during covid times. We originally thought we would like to go to Aruba, and Carrie provided plenty of options. However, with what we wanted for my birthday trip, we ended up deciding on Beaches Resort in Turks & Caicos. We were not disappointed and did not regret changing locations. Carrie continue to give us option for what we could do on the trip, such as spa treatments or Fast Track services at the airport (which, I highly recommend). She made sure we knew all of the traveling requirements. She provided us with lists to make it easier. Ever after we arrived at the resort, Carrie continued to take care of us with little surprises. You will not be disappointed going through her. She has gained us as lifelong travelers as long as she continues to provide her services. We have recommended her to family and friends, and we will continue to do so.

Made planning a Disney trip as easy as possible!!
Carrie was so helpful right from the beginning. She got everything I was wanting booked-including restaurants. One thing that really impressed me was her giving me her honest opinion on a questions I had. I was trying to decide whether I would really be missing out if I didn't do a particular event. I explained to her what my thoughts were and asked for her advice thinking she would probably be obligated to tell me I needed to make the extra purchase. She not only didn't do that, but she took her time and gave me her honest recommendation. To me that speaks volume about her character. She's not just going to try to "up-sale" you to purchase everything under the sun--she's going to make sure you are doing the right thing for your specific vacation needs/wants. Girl Getaway to London
Carrie has made our trip to London so much easier by making our hotel reservations (and getting the best rate), booking our high tea, and getting us tickets to Buckingham Palace. Great Anniversary Trip!
This was the second time I worked with Carrie. This trip we added going to Universal Studios and did a split stay between Universal and Disney. I knew nothing when it came to Universal, so I was so thankful to have Carrie's expertise! Made our trip hassle free, AND FUN
Carrie really takes the stress out of planning a trip and we were leaving with hurricane Hermine coming, so the days leading up to our cruise were even more stressful than usual when making sure everything was packed, planned, scheduled etc. We even had her make some last minute additions to the week of our cruise and she handled everything we needed in minutes AND saved us money. All we had to do was have fun!

10 Year Anniversary ITALY Trip
I really loved working with Carrie. She was super patient with me as I am sure I must have changed my itinerary several times. Our Honeymoon
Carrie did an amazing job. I didn't have to worry about the ins and outs of our vacation. This was our first time on a vacation out of the country and she answered all my questions to put my mind at ease. After we got to the resort I had forgotten papers for our excursions and we were having problems with the wi-fi and she confirmed all our excursions for us right away. I don't know what we would have done without her. She went above and beyond for us and it's greatly appreciated!

Carrie was extremely helpful and professional in all of our interactions. She helped us with a Disney Cruise and other great vacations that were not Disney related. She was always prompt and personable. I would highly recommend Carrie for any vacation support.

The best!
Carrie was very helpful! This was my first family vacation and she answered all my questions even if I thought they were silly. She was very professional and even through it was through it was all through email her tone was always very polite and friendly! I would recommend her to any one! I will for sure use her again if the time comes!

Helped us pull off a magical Christmas!
Carrie was invaluable in helping my family and I go on a surprise Christmas getaway. Not only did she get us a fantastic deal, but she really listened to what we were hoping to accomplish on our mini-vacation and custom-tailored our trip and itinerary to match this. Her knowledge of the Orlando resort area is second to none and this was incredibly helpful to us in planning our days to maximize our times at the parks and minimize our wait times (we hardly waited at all for anything and that's saying something during Christmas week). She made excellent recommendations for dinners and even set up a minute-to-minute itinerary for us so we could hit all the critical stops in the parks. Carrie was very proactive as well in her communication style and whenever we had questions, she had answers immediately. Our family loved the vacation and we couldn't have done it without Carrie. Thank you!!!

Trip of a Lifetime
Carrie was great. She listened to all of my criteria and found the perfect cruise for my husband and me. She followed up, kept in touch and helped make tweaks as needed. I would highly recommend Carrie and will definitely use her again when planning a trip. Our only job was to pack and get to the airport on time. Carrie did the rest. Than you Carrie, for doing an awesome job of finding and booking our trip.

Made planning this trip a pleasant experience

Carrie took care of all our needs
Carrie not only made booking the vacation easy, but managed to get us a room with some extra benefits (i.e. two free drink packages and dining package)! Great customer service. Helpful in answering questions.

Carrie made Family Disney Trip
Carrie made it very easy for us to plan a family trip to Disney World and a Disney Cruise with family traveling from two separate locations. She was extremely knowledgeable about the lodging choices and was very helpful in making dining reservation for us. I would highly recommend using Carrie for vacation planning.
