Karismatic Adventures is the way to go!

Karis went above and beyond, and not just on booking my travel bundle. I have used other TA’s in the past and their involvement usually ended once the vacation was booked, but not Karis. She was on top of everything when we missed our connecting flight making sure the airline got us vouchers and hotel accommodations. When the airline lost our luggage she stayed up until nearly midnight tracking them down to ensure they would at least be at our destination when we arrived. Once we made it to our resort I messaged her about some issues I had with our room and she promptly alerted the resort, I had someone knocking on my door 2 hours later to rectify all the issues. Once we made it home she helped me file the claim for our travel delay, lost luggage, and travel interruption. I will definitely be using Karis as my TA for all future travel adventures!!

Appreciation post for our amazing incredible travel advisor Karis Joyce Shaffer at Karismatic Adventures #mykarismaticadventures. This was the first time Dillon and I have ever traveled out of the country and our first time flying together, being responsible for our selves. Karis was there for us every step of the way! She was able to answer every question asap and never made me feel silly or like a huge bother! When we had big bumps in the road she was on top of it! She also gifted us these beautiful tumblers to use on our trip! Because not only does she do vacations but she also makes beautiful things at Karismatic Creations Who does that!?!?! Please please please go like, follow, and message her for any of your vacation planning, beautiful things needing, etc!! So wonderfully blessed to have her guidance on our first trip out of the United States!!!! And when I say 1st- we were super newbies lol embarrassingly so!! Karis thank you so much for everything you do!!!!!!

Karis was great to work with. My wife and I have never traveled to the Caribbean and had no idea what options we had, other than a long list on Google. The process couldn't have been any easier for us and Karis was always available to answer our (too numerous) questions. Travel plans have never been so easy thanks to her. First Time On An Airplane!

Karis is great and very accommodating. If she didn’t have answer she would go above and beyond to find it and make sure I was safe on my travels. My international first trip so far has been good because of the help I received and she is still periodically checking to see how things are going.

Much needed solo getaway

Karis is always sweet, attentive and listens to what I want out of a trip! My experience was beautiful and I feel confident that she can put together any idea for a trip that I have. There are always several options provided and never any pressure. Karis does a magnificent job!

Easiest booking experience ever!

It was difficult for my Type A personality to give up control and allow someone else to assist me. Alas, I did and Karis came in clutch! Karis was communicative, detail-oriented, and resourceful. She understood my {boujee} needs and delivered. Karis has a true desire to help and work hard provide the best support and to build long-term relationships with her clients. 10/10 recommend.

Our first family vacation was a success!

I'd recommend Karismatic Adventures to a frien

Monkey and Sloth excursions were fun. The pic ending in 203701 (picture is on FB & IG ) was from the Beachers Bar & Grill, we had a lot of fun there. We walked up and down the West Bay beach trying different bars and restaurants. I had a great time snorkeling. If you ever have a client that is looking for a place to go snorkeling, I highly recommend it. The water was the calmest for reef snorkeling that I’ve seen. I would be willing to talk to a client of yours to give them first-hand information about it. I would recommend Karismatic Adventures to a friend. Karis did a great job. She stayed in touch with us. Her response time to questions was good. We felt that she cared about our trip the whole way through.

Mexico Graduation Adventures

Karis has been amazing she help my the entire process, we have to change the dates multiple times and she has been amazing on helping us. The process has been stress free, We just let her know where we wanted to go and she did everything else. My sister wanted a ocean view room. She went above and beyond to help us. She is professional, caring and wonderful. Karis just wants you to have a great time and a great experience. Overall I would said don’t stress in looking for your dream/perfect trip Karis would have you covered. I would recommend her a million times she is the best.

Best Anniversary Adventure

Facebook friends…if you need an amazing travel agent, look no further than my wonderful friend Karis. She recently helped plan our amazing trip to Costa Rica. She lives in Nebraska and we met while on a trip to the Dominican Republic in 2017. We’ve stayed in touch since. I highly recommend her and despite her not being local, it didn’t even matter. She was so timely and communicative every step of the way!

The best anniversary getaway of our lives!

Karis did a great job finding a resort that matched our wants. She made our travel seamless and we will be planning our next adventure with her help. Karis added a special touch by sending my wife and I Champagne and a Cheese Tray to our room for our 34th Anniversary. Thanks for everything.

Karis planned and handled my group of 19 travelers on a scuba diving trip to Belize.

She did an amazing job and was so diligent in sending us flights, reminders, and other helpful information, which made it so easy and stress free for us. She even coordinated the puddle-jumper plane and transportation to the resort, as well as golf carts and having the hotel pre-stock our hotel rooms (condos) with coffee, fruit, and local beer. I can't recommend Karis enough! She's an incredible travel planner and so friendly and knowledgeable, I would recommend her to anyone looking to travel! I will absolutely tell everyone to use her, she's great and I can't wait for her to plan our next trip. Thank you Karis!
