I would like to talk about our travel agent, Beth Thompson. She was so helpful from our initial contact, to making suggestions and asking us questions to narrow down where we wanted to go. We started the whole thing by saying it was going to be our honeymoon and all we really knew was we wanted warm, tropical, and adult only. She gave use several places to consider and we narrowed it down with her help and advice. We did have a few bumps in the road, but none of it was due to her or anything she did. When a problem arose she handled it quick and was very efficient in everything she did. When we arrived at the resort she checked in on us and when my wife had the medical emergency, she rapidly responded and researched the local hospitals for the best one to go to. She even started the insurance claim for us. Beth continued to follow up even when we got home. I would definitely return to and recommend this property and travel agent.

Our travel agent Beth was great and always very quick to answer any questions we had before the trip and checked with us periodically to make sure we had no issues. While on the trip she checked on us and when I had an injury she was right on top of taking care of filing paperwork and checking for the best clinic for us to go to. Amazing! It made a stressful situation a little easier to handle. Overall a great trip and a beautiful place to stay. The grounds and rooms were clean and maintained well. The restaurants were good if you aren’t a picky eater but there is a decent variety.

Bethany from Platinum Travel Services LLC did an AMAZING job finding the perfect destination for my wife and I's honeymoon. I provided her with little to no information, just that we wanted to go to a tropical location and she provided us with several incredible options. Through out the process my wife and I went back and forth on date, location and amenities and Beth kept coming back with more and more options and did so with a smile and a great deal of professionalism. We took a similar trip last year and used a different travel agent and that was a huge mistake! We literally almost got left in the DR. If you do not book your next vacation with Beth and Platinum Travel you are making a mistake. No one will take care of you in the same manner as she does.

I had the pleasure of working with Beth Thompson a few years ago. I booked a trip to Bermuda and didn't get insurance. A few weeks before the trip my husband got sick and i was freaking out. The thought of losing all our money if we couldn't go. I called Beth and she calming and professionally told me not to worry. She got me insurance that day for a reasonable price. I was so thrilled. Thankfully we were able to go on the trip but knowing i had peace of mind if we couldn't was the best.i highly recommend beth for all your travel needs.

Bethany has helped me plan two cruises. With both she has been very helpful. She is very quick to answer questions, and is very knowledgeable with suggestions to make our vacation even better. She has also been fantastic on keeping us updated with the ever changing covid regulations. Thankfully, everything went super smooth while we were on the cruise, but it was very nice knowing we could reach out to her if a problem came up, and she would deal with it, so our vacation wouldn't be disturbed.
