Susan was awesome in our mini crisis!
Our flight before our Viking cruise was canceled overnight, delaying us in a hub away from home and our trip by 24 hours. Susan was so helpful (quite honestly, I forgot we had travel insurance) and made sure we got to our boat safe and sound, just a bit later than planned.

Stress free trip.
Susan does a great job of booking not only the best hotes, experiences, etc. but also of taking all of the stress out of the process - even if things go wrong she fixes them so you can just enjoy. Her attentiveness is unmatched.

The perfect 50th birthday getaway!
Susan did an outstanding job planning my 50th birthday trip to Mexico for our group of 16 (eight couples). She handled everything — helping us choose the right resort for our foodie group, arranging airport transportation, coordinating itineraries, and even organizing a private birthday dinner for me.
What I appreciated most was how seamless she made the whole experience. None of us had to worry about logistics or details, which allowed everyone to just relax and enjoy the trip. Her communication throughout the process was excellent and really helped keep a large group organized and on track.
It was one of the best trips I've ever taken, and I’m so grateful to Susan for making it so smooth. I would absolutely recommend Susan to anyone planning travel — especially if you’re coordinating a group.

Excellent Service
Susan recently handled all the arrangements for our 12 day cruise aboard Oceania. Everything from handling the cruise itself, timely reminders about dining reservations, the ports we were traveling too and our excursion options, there was not a beat was missed. The added bonsue with her, was the per-cruise assistance with hotels, restaraunts and travel suggestions that were invaluable. We can't wait to book our next trip with her and will never "go it alone" again!

River Cruise
We had a beautiful trip on a Viking River Cruise down the Danube. Susan organized our big group. Our trip was amazing. Susan was incredibly responsive and professional. Really appreciated her guidance and overall an amazing experience.

Amazing trip!!!
Sue booked us down the Danube River on a Viking river cruise and it was the very best!
It was so easy - we didn’t have to worry about anything! Sue had detailed itineraries and handled all our air travel and called us to walk us through everything! She was amazing! Made her trip so hassle free! Nothing went wrong along the way but I know of anything did that Sue would have been able to help! Very responsive! Highly recommend Sue to anyone who travels!!

Amazing Family Vacation!
Susan planned an incredible family vacation for us to Costa Rica. Spectacular Scandinavia --Indeed!
For the 3rd year in a row, Susan exceeded our expectations by planning a trip that met the needs and wants we didn't even know to ask for. We had 14 days, 3 countries (Sweden, Denmark & Norway) and 7 cities/towns managed with ease with her local representatives... we traveled by plane, train, automobile, ferry, kayak, canal boat and bike, hiked and learned and ate more delicious food than could ever be imagined and combined historical tours with modern viewpoints. She even dealt with a food allergy and a wimp of a mom who declined an overnight cruise between cities. It was amazing!!! If I could give her 10 stars, I would. :-)

Trip to Vienna & Prague
This is the 3rd big trip to Europe that Susan has planned for us. Previous trips were planned to Italy and to Munich & Amsterdam. All the trips were perfectly planned from the hotels, tours and activities and transportation. Her attention to detail made all the difference. She understand the kind of hotels we like and how much we wanted to be scheduled throughout the trip. Susan had excellent ideas on what to spend time on in each of the locations. She also help us with a change to our transportation schedule while I was in Vienna. In a previous trip, she even helped me with a train mixup on my part. She was able to redirect me and get back on my schedule. We love working with Susan. We are already thinking about what trip to do in 2026 ! She truly is the best.

Never traveling out of the country before and having no idea where to start. Susan was referred to us by a friend. We were able to tell her what we were looking for what our budget was and our timeline. She took the time to get to know our wants. She was able to develop the most amazing itinerary within budget. She booked everything for us. Every time we had a question she was there for us. Literally, this was so stress-free. And made the trip so much more enjoyable. I love her app that has our itinerary already on it available for us with all the attachments needed. Our trip turned out to incredible memorable experience all thanks to Susan. Italy Adventure
Susan was amazing from the start with setting expectations as to what things cost and her thoughts on quality of hotels and how much to do each day we were in Italy. The tours were amazing and really played to my 14 and 9 year old children who are very different.

Spanish Adventure
Susan is the best! She certainly made our trip to Spain a memorable one. A relaxing beach stay in Marbella/Estepona then onto Salamanca (World Heritage Site) a walkable Spanish Renaissance city, with architecture and history galore. The University founded in 1254 is the first in Spain and one of the four oldest in the world. Our trip coincided with Semana Santa and we experienced many processions throughout our stay. An extraordinary experience! Our travel in and out of Madrid was seamless and the accommodations exceeded our expectations. It was a fabulous family holiday! Gracias Susan!

Family trip to Italy
Susan helped us plan a perfect trip to Italy with our 6 and 9 year old. She was able to pick out ideal hotels based on our preferred criteria and crafted an itinerary that was full, but not too full. Her knowledge in being able to tailor activities to the kids was immensely helpful in reducing the planning and stress on our end and keeping them engaged. Traveling within and between the cities was flawless executed and we never had to worry about how we were getting where we needed to go as it was all laid out in detail in the app. Would definitely recommend Susan to anyone looking to book a trip!

Amazing 5 days in paradise!
Susan organized a seamless 5day/4night excursion to the spectacular Hyatt Zilara! It was everything we had hoped for and more ( hands down, the best gym we have ever visited!) Great food & drink, extremely kind & personable staff as well.

Thank God for Susan!
My family and I just came back from a memorable trip to Italy, and I would not have been able to plan this on my own. I reached out to Susan earlier in the year looking for information on traveling to Italy in August to do some sightseeing and a few tours. After going over my plans Susan gave me the best advice as far as what to expect in August in Italy while sightseeing with children and I instantly moved my vacation to November to be able to enjoy everything without all of the crowds and heat (best decision). I knew I wanted to see more than one city but wasn't sure where and Susan planned out a few different locations for me and my family to make the most of our time there. I gave her my budget and everything I mean everything was done for me. Every train, every car, every tour was booked and all put into an app. with meet up times locations etc. she even brought me the itinerary and tickets in a hard copy to travel with just in case. Took the stress completely away.

Wonderfull Mexican Beach Getaway
I do not usually work with a Travel Agent when planning a vacation but I will from this point on. Susan Buchner was amazing and made the experience so easy. I gave her my budget, dates and types of things that we like to do and she provided me with a list of options. We selected a trip and Susan took it from there making arrangements for the flights, accommodations, transfers and basic information about the location that proved very helpful. I appreciated knowing that there were long delays with the luggage pick-up in Mexico and we decided not to check any luggage as a result. I cannot wait to work with Susan again.

She really listened
Susan was great! She really listened to what I was looking for in a vacation and came back with really good options that were within our budget and met our needs. Fantastic trip

Amazing memories made!
Susan made planning a getaway with my family so easy! I gave her dates and budget, and she arranged everything! She found a beautiful hotel that was exactly what I wanted and stayed within budget. Amazing Honeymoon in Ireland!
Susan did an amazing job planning our honeymoon in Ireland! It was a trip packed full of great memories. Planning was so easy with Susan, she took care of basically everything we could need. Fantastic Mother/Daughter Group Trip!
Susan understood exactly what our group of 8 moms/8 daughters wanted in a long weekend island getaway to celebrate high school graduation. She made the entire experience, from booking to returning back home, simple so that all we had to do was show up and relax. Susan was organized, personable, and knowledgable. Wonderful, Relaxing time in the Caribbean
I asked Susan to find a place that would be relaxing and a place where we could just unwind and not have to think about anything. I also wanted to go somewhere where I wouldn’t have to worry about safety. She hit the mark and then some. There was something for everyone in my family and the all inclusive that she picked for us was slow paced and not the kind of place where you have to get up and run to reserve a seat at the pool or beach. It wasn’t overly busy and the staff was amazing. We had a wonderful time and I would highly recommended Susan to anyone who is looking to book a trip.

Fantastic Fly Fishing Adventure!!
With little input other than a fly fishing trip out west, Susan came back with an amazing itinerary that would make the best use of the limited amount of time that we had available for this trip! She found the friendliest most knowledgeable fly fishing outfitter to teach us. There are many out there and she hooked us up with the best! Absolutely love her travel app!!! Extremely well-planned trip to Ireland
We had a fabulous time in Ireland - in no small part due to Susan's thoughtful planning! All of our accommodations were spot on (the Kinsale room was particularly fabulous) and the trip far exceeded our expectations. Susan responded quickly throughout the planning process and helped us synthesize a number of priorities and destinations into a well-planned trip. A great experience start to finish - we look forward to working with her on future trips.

Amazing experience!!

California PCH Vacation

Best LA Experience

Awesome recommendation!!!
Susan is an extremely knowledgeable traveler who pays attention to the details. She recommended South Sea Resort in Captiva and had tons of information as far as restaurants, activities, etc. I would absolutely trust her with all destinations and vacations that we plan to take. She is amazing!!
