50th birthday trip
Terra helped plan our trip celebrating my wife and sister in law’s 50th birthday. We’ve never had help planning before with an agent and I’d have to say this went better than I could’ve expected! We had our main locations and experiences in mind and Terra was able to construct a vacation that met all our goals within budget. Having never been to Spain or Italy before so we didn’t know where to stay or what to expect. Terra was able to book great hotels in perfect locations and even help arrange transportation so that we felt super comfortable in unfamiliar locations. Terra helped make the 50th birthday celebration for my wife and sister in law super special, stress free and tons of fun, thanks for doing such a great job!

A stellar trip!
This is the first time I have utilized a travel agent. Terra did an amazing job for us. I felt like a VIP at every location. The transfers from the airports and trains were terrific and seamless. Never had to worry, our drivers were waiting for us at each location. The Hotel selections were perfect and the excursions were thoughtfully planned. I highly recommend Terra for your next trip, you wont regret it.

Best family trip in a very long time!

The Best Honeymoon
Terra is so great as a person and as an agent. This honeymoon was originally planned for last year but due to some health problems, we had to push it back a year. Terra was so helpful in making sure we still had everything planned perfectly. She plans out ever detail perfectly and makes you feel comfortable which is very important to us. She answers all of your questions, she sends all the itineraries details and travel documents , she reminds you of deadlines, and she just makes traveling so hassle free. What I also love is that she is always available during your trip! Even with a time difference, she is returning calls and texts, answering questions so you never feel alone or overwhelmed. She also leaves us gifts and surprises which I think is so sweet of her and shows how caring she is as a person. She is my go-to for booking trips

Trip canceled
I recently had the pleasure of working with an outstanding travel agent who went above and beyond to assist my group with our trip planning. From the very beginning, Terra was incredibly cooperative and attentive to our needs, helping us navigate every aspect of our itinerary. Her knowledge and expertise made the planning process enjoyable and stress-free.
Unfortunately, we had to cancel our trip due to unforeseen circumstances. Despite this disappointment, Terra remained supportive and understanding throughout the process. She promptly handled all the necessary cancellations and worked diligently to ensure we received any applicable refunds.

Great Travel Advisor

A Fantastic Week!
Terra was absolutely EVERYTHING that someone could ask for in a travel agent! She was always available to answer any questions I had, and I feel she went above and beyond to make sure all of my arrangements were handled smoothly and that I was ready for every step of my trip. I have never had a TA check in so consistently to make sure everything was moving along as it should. I appreciate the time she took to make the planner that I could share with my husband, so that he would always know where I was supposed to be on any given day of my trip. Little touches like that matter so much!

Traveling Book Club Getaway in Nantucket
Terra arranged a magical girls weekend based on our love for the author Elin Hilderbrand, and her book "Hotel Nantucket." I am a travel advisor and was especially impressed with her attention to detail before and on this trip. I was also impressed on how professional and kind she was on the entire trip. Her pleasant demeanor helped all of us relax and get to know one another. We came away from this weekend with new friends and great memories!

15 Year Anniversary European Vacation
Terra is a genuinely caring and attentive travel agent. She is responsive, professional, and listens to all of your requests. She put together an incredible trip for our 15 year anniversary! She took care of every detail and made sure all of our key points of interest were included in our trip. Any time I had a question she was available. Once in a lifetime honeymoon trip
Terra was absolutely amazing!! She was so easy to work with and worked extremely hard on our honeymoon. We never could have done with extensive trip without her help, guidance and knowledge of Europe made our honeymoon so easy and fun!! Easy, Fun, and Exciting
Terra made our entire Europe trip unforgettable. We saw everything we wanted to see and more, and Terra worked around the clock to create an itinerary for us on such short notice (less than one month before a month-long trip). ABC cruise!!!
Terra was very efficient. She was also very quick to respond when we had a question and we had a lot of questions. She sent all of us a packet with all the details before our cruise. She even made door signs for us!! We will be using her again!!!

Helping hand always available - Best trip ever!
Excellent experience! I felt like Terra really cared about my trip and was available through the whole thing if needed (even though she was on vacation herself!) I lucked out in finding her, unfortunately after I had booked some things myself. I will not be planning my own trips again! Thank you Terra!

Last minute month long trip to europe
Terra was absolutely amazing. We gave her an impossible task: arrange a last minute one month trip to Europe (7 countries) complete with hotels, flight, trains, tours, transportation etc for my son and husband all within 2 weeks of travel! We were amazed at the incredible trip and put together within a matter of days. She was extremely knowledgeable, very hard working and responded to all of our communications and questions promptly and always with good cheer. Everything that she arranged turned out to be wonderful and this very last minute trip to seven countries for a whole month went without any problems or hiccups. She really and truly is an incredible travel agent and a consummate professional. We can’t recommend her highly enough.

Terra saved the day! My BIG day!!
Terra was absolutely amazing from the get-go! When I was stressing out about finding rooms for my wedding guests amidst the high demand during the Olympics, she jumped right in and worked her magic, securing multiple rooms within just 24 hours. Terra's an absolute LIFESAVER
I found Terra on travelleaders.com when I was searching for someone to help me plan a trip from California to Ohio for a friend's wedding. It was my first time using a travel agent for a non-Disney trip, and I am SO grateful that I had Terra's help! She helped me to plan a fun, affordable trip with my partner and then helped to keep me sane when I had to cancel and reschedule everything only 5 (!!!) days before my trip (while she was on a trip herself)! I also had crazy delays while I was traveling and she helped me make sure everything was rescheduled without any issues. I highly recommend working with Terra, she's a lifesaver! She will go above and beyond to make sure your trip is planned, will communicate with you every step of the way, and make sure that no detail is missed.

Terra helped us plan our multi-generational family trip to Hawaii ( the island of O‘ahu). I can honestly say our trip was so spectacular because of Terra. She took care of *everything*. Before the trip, we had several phone calls where we talked about details and planned our itinerary. She had a lot of great recommendations for what to do and where to eat on the island. She coordinated all of our transportation so we didn’t have to worry about a thing! She even set up a mobile itinerary we could access on our phones with all our daily details to keep us organized. Several times a day my parents mentioned how thankful they were for all of Terra’s help and organization. <3 Terra was kind, enthusiastic, and I HIGHLY recommend her services to help plan your next vacation! <br/>

Bucket list vacation!
Terra was amazing at planning our dream vacation from start to finish! She was attentive, helpful, knowledgeable and patient. You win some, You lose some
Terra is amazing! I planned a cruise thru her for my bachelorette party and she was amazing with helping me decide on the best place to go within my budget. After the cruise was decided, she stayed on top of making sure she sent emails to my girls and answering any and all questions we had. Unfortunately due to medical reasons, I had to cancel my cruise. But Terra has still been amazing with helping us get our refunds and checking on me to make sure I am alright.I love that even when she couldn’t talk at the moment, she always sent me a text telling me she is busy and will call me when she can. She is very friendly and down to earth! And if and when I plan another trip, I would love to utilize her services again.

Honeymoon in Utah
She was very attentive to all our needs, me and my wife were not very sure what we wanted to do, or even how to do it. Terra gave us gentle nudges and would message us if we went silent for to long with ideas or a question we hadn't thought of yet.<br/>She even sent us a lil gift when we arrived at our hotel!!

Spring Break in LA
Terra was amazing! She listened to my thoughts on what we were looking for in our vacation and sent me links to several hotel options. I found the one that seemed perfect and she quickly made the reservation. She also made us a great itenerary with all our flight info (even though we booked that ourselves) and our park tickerts. It was so easy to find what we needed! Our weather was not perfect but the itenerary included things to do that we didn't plan so we were able to find indoor things to keep us busy.

Quick Weekend Escape
