Trip of a lifetime
Cathy was awesome to work with! Our last minute family vacation to Italy needed a quick turnaround. She really took the time to understand what we wanted from our trip and made our dreams a reality. She was able to book us rooms as a family (with a hot breakfast included!), handle transfers and train rides between cities, and suggested destinations we would have never thought of on our own. Cathy went above and beyond in ensuring we had a memorable experience! I valued her attention to details and her ability to thoroughly answer all our questions. I will definitely be asking Cathy to plan future vacations!

First Tour to Europe
We had an excellent experience working with our travel agent who booked an 8-day Tauck Italy tour visiting Venice, Florence & Rome. Cathy was prompt in booking with clear explanations of all pricing and inclusions. Any questions were answered quickly. She assisted with pre/post-tour bookings and gave dining and sightseeing recommendations. Any changes needed were handled well. She helped to align our travel interests and travel style with the right tour travel company. She checked in with us during the tour and made herself available for any questions. She offered to meet us for dinner, as she was in the same area during our travels, but our tour itinerary kept us busy. The entire trip was seamless and all arrangements were handled as described. It was reassuring to work with someone experienced in international travel. Her guidance made the planning process much easier and allowed us to focus on enjoying the experience. We would recommend Cathy to anyone considering a Tauck tour or planning a trip to Italy.

Best first cruise experience
Cathy made our first cruise experience truly seamless and memorable. The trip was amazing, everyone had a fantastic time!
She was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, taking the time to walk us through all our options and set clear expectations, which was especially valuable for a first-time cruise. We learned so much and now feel much more confident planning future trips.

Didn't miss anything!
We had the best experience possible! From the location of the hotels to the curated experiences, we got to experience the history and sites of Italy so much better than we could have if we'd tried to plan this on our own. Googling the best things to do leads you to misleading ads and too many choices. Cathy was able to make recommendations that enhanced every part of our experience.

Our Athens, Greece Adventure
Our Greece trip was amazing!
I enjoyed the culture, the history, the food, the excursions, & exploring on our own - especially the beaches!
Our spacious apartment on Lisiou St. was the perfect home
base.
The Plaka Neighborhood was always bustling with the sights of beautiful flowers, friendly people, & a plethora of restaurants, shops, & boutiques; the sounds of happy locals & tourists, local musicians, & the rush of traffic; the smells of mouth-watering food, & the touch of the warm September sun!

Custom, once in a lifetime trip!
Cathy planned the perfect itinerary for our first trip to Italy! She listened to what was important to us to see and do and came up with a custom, once in a lifetime trip. She even suggested things to do that we didn’t know were available which became the highlights of the trip. Her communication was amazing, and she was very easy to work with. From private tours and drivers to perfectly located hotels, Cathy had every detail carefully planned. I will never consider planning another trip without her again!

Vacation of a lifetime!
I worked with Cathy for months planning this Greece vacation for me, my sister, and 3 friends. It was truly a trip of a lifetime. First Time Travelers - Needed all the help we could get!!
Cathy took the time to ask questions and help us with our Bucket List Alaska Cruise and Adventure tailored to our "we have never done this before but we think we want to do this" experience. Coordinating with our cruise line , airlines, hotels, tour suggestions , restaurants at each city , answering all of our " how do you do this" scenarios with patience and knowledge . She made herself available during the entire process and reached out to let us know she had our back if anything went wrong from beginning to our return home. We had wonderful time.

Great Trip to Hawaii!
Cathy was recommended by a mutual friend and was a pleasure to work with for our recent dream trip to Hawaii. She handled all the major details and booked us the perfect trip. Originally, I was just going to book a land/sea combination vacation directly with the cruise line. Cathy was able to book our hotels/rental car/and all flights, and get us multiple extra days on different Hawaiian islands, all for less than it would have been to book directly with the cruise line. She gave us great recommendations of what to do (and not to do) for each of our stops. She stayed in communication leading up to the trip and made the entire process very straightforward. If you are looking to book a trip to Hawaii, or anywhere else for that matter, you should definitely reach out to Cathy!

The Collette booklet explained itinerary, transfers from home to airport and Visa-versa, travel insurance , flights, hotels, events along the way and how to pay specific gratuities.

The Most Magical Honeymoon
We cannot say enough good things about our honeymoon experience at the Iberostar Resort in Riviera Maya, and it’s all thanks to Cathy. From the moment we started planning it and she found it to when we landed to the moment we returned home, every detail was flawlessly arranged.
She made everything so smooth and effortless our airport transfers were clearly organized, and we always knew exactly where to be and when. That alone made the trip feel so relaxing, knowing we didn’t have to worry about a thing.
The resort itself was spectacular, but what truly made it special were all the romantic little touches she coordinated for us: rose petals on the bed, chilled champagne waiting in our room, and thoughtful details that made us feel pampered and celebrated. It truly felt like a dream honeymoon.

Amazing trip with no issues!

Spotlight on Tuscany
My daughter and I did the Spotlight on Tuscany tour which was suggested by Cathy. It was an awesome trip. We loved Italy and our tour manager, where we stayed and the cities we visited and all the extra things we did. Awesome Trip loaded with Fun and Excitement!
Our experience in Punta Cana was second to none! It was an all-inclusive resort at Secrets Royal Beach. The price was great, the travel (which we were nervous about) was super easy and smooth, the way we were taken care of felt like royalty, and most of all, the fun we had at such a well-organized and well ran resort was 5 star!
I knew nothing about resorts outside of the US...insert Cathy! She was extremely helpful in finding the proper place for us. She listened to what I was looking for, did a lot of work to send us some options, and really had a strong perspective into each place. All of her guidance led us to Secrets in Punta Cana. We are extremely happy with the service Cathy provided, along with a certain level of professionalism that makes a nervous traveler feel good! Unforgettable Family Memories in England!

A wonderful spring break!

I couldn't imagine a better family adventure!
Thank you to Cathy for putting together the most incredible trip for our family. With three very different kids ranging in age from 16 to 22, we have never before experienced a trip that every one of us (including my husband and I) said this was the best trip ever and can we do another one?! We are an active family and Backroads provided the "perfect adventure." Cathy worked with Backroads, as well as others on the ground in Costa Rica to add some downtime on the front and backend. Our amazing dream trip to Italy!

A wonderful experience

Cathy is wonderful to work with. She is very helpful and knowledgeable. Our tour was with Insight Tours and they were fabulous!!

Best planned trip of my life
I contacted Cathy with a short notice request to find me a 5 star all inclusive resort with all the bells and whistles during peak season. She not only found the perfect place but I made several last minute changes and even extended my stay the day before we were scheduled to leave. Every detail was handled and even followed up to make sure everything was handled. I'm used several agents in the past...She has been the best by far..and don't do it yourself

Fun in the Sun
Cathy took introduced us to several resorts in Mexico and we chose the one we liked the best. She booked it immediately ans followed through with all the payments that were needed and sent us our itinerary.<br/>Then later she checked in with me and made sure I had everything I need like tickets, transfers, etc. She was very helpful through the whole process and we loved the resort that we stayed at in Mexico.
