I am trained, certified and highly experienced in Viking cruises- both ocean and river. John and I love to cruise on Viking because they are truly are a destination expert. We love to learn about where we are going before we go because it makes each port of call more meaningful. For example, when we visited the beaches of Normandy, the fact that we watched Band of Brothers, Ike, Churchill and read The Bradford Boys gave us so much depth and understanding to what we were seeing. I love that Viking provides suggested reading lists and movies to watch before the cruise and I make sure my clients have that information. Yes- this retired school teacher does give homework.
