I began my career in hospitality and travel in 1986. I have been a meeting & event planner, wedding planner, corporate and leisure travel consultant, and a national sales manager for several hotel brands.

I enjoy working with groups, whether it's a family vacation or a corporate event on land or at sea.

I am now a Certified Wellness Travel Expert and Certified Event Planner.

I love the adventures and experiences that travel to new destinations provide. I've checked off a few of my bucket list destinations, such as Alaska, Canada, Costa Rica, Panama and cruised the Panama Canal. I've visited many Caribbean islands, Mexico and 49 states within the United States. My husband and I also love to travel throughout the United States and attend concerts... visiting coffee shops and wineries along the way.

Carla Caton did an amazing job with helping us to choose a vacation resort to celebrate our 30th anniversary. We gave her our budget and a general location of where we wanted to go. She took it from there and we landed at the The Royal Hideaway in Playacar, an absolutely fabulous week in paradise! She reserved us a room closest to the water and it ended up being the best villa on the property as far as location goes. Carla tended to every detail of our trip and it was truly worry free. She answered with patience all of my many questions before we had left and had actually already handled the things I was concerned about.
