Recommended the best resort!
Had a great time at Riu Cancun thanks to Maria this place has awesome views has shopping nearby food was good all amenities right there on site. Do the booze cruise was a great time.

Maria has helped us every step of the way!
Maria has helped us every step of the way with many cruises, especially the one where the dates were changed and she negotiated refunds for every extra expense. She’s always available and knows her stuff. She takes care of all the details (dinner and excursion reservations!). After years of booking on my own, I’ll never do that again. Thanks Maria!

Simply the best!
The virus resulted in Maria having to cancel three 2020 sailings and book two 2021 trips. She made super recommendations regarding when to close the trips She is the best agent I have been associate with in booking trips over a 50 year span.

Maria Raduazzo - cruise agent extraordinaire
Maria worked tirelessly in rebooking our cruises throughout the pandemic. Even during our cruise, we encountered more issues with the cruise line (post hotel mixup, missing amenities) and Maria came to the rescue! Maria is our cruise agent of choice going forward. Great Trip Advisor/Agent
Maria has provided wonderful advice to myself and family members when we have been booking cruises. Offering to secure hotel accommodations before our cruise that are close to the port(s) and provide parking when applicable. This item alone has saved us hours of research. We have never experienced any unpleasent surprises that often happen when travelling when we have Maria looking after the details. She does a wonderful job and we feel confident in recommending her to friends and family.

The best travel agent
We have known Maria for many years. She has helped us with organizing many of our vacations. She has always advised us on which option would be best for our family. Maria already knows what we like and what we don’t. She is like a very good friend to us. Recently, the cruise company completely changed the itinerary of our booked cruise. My husband and I were very upset and did not know what to do. Maria found an even better option for us and was even able to get our cruise credits transferred to the new cruise. Our daughter also used the services of this agency and was very pleased. If we have any questions or misunderstandings, Maria will always come to the rescue. She approaches her work very responsibly and we always feel that she cares about the comfort of her clients. I know that I can call her with any question. It is very convenient, and we know that we can count on support and help during our travels.

Always ready to help
My wife and I have had the pleasure of working with Maria for several years . She has provided excellent service on half a dozen cruises over various cruise lines.

Was willing to put up with my multiple changes
Maria was very patient as my travel plans went through multiple changes over several years. COVID cancelled my original cruise, then the Russian invasion of Ukraine cancelled my rebooked Baltic Cruise. I booked a Rhine cruise, but canceled it because I was no longer interested in it. I finally booked an MSC cruise out of Martinique early in 2025. Maria kept in constant contact with me prior to and after the cruise. That’s a lot of support which deserves recognition.

Service well beyond the ordinary
Maria regularly finds exactly what we want at the lowest possible cost on the cruise line we prefer. But securing that booking is only the beginning. Maria manages changes, cancellations, and the multiple challenges of traveling with a mobility impaired partner efficiently and with great kindness and care. This feels like travel being arranged for her own family, and perhaps it is!

A trip of a lifetime!
Working with Maria has been a pleasure. She was great with the entire process from planning to updates during the trip. The trip she suggested to us was great overall and the cruise itself was amazing! Booking through Maria was very easy and made our lives so much easier. She gave us tips and guidance before we left on what to bring and such, that was very helpful. Also, Maria was very proactive which was great customer service. MSC Seashore Cruise
Maria was very helpful with helping my boyfriend and I find the best cruise for us. She is very knowledgeable about the different cruise lines and ships and was able to recommend ones that had water slides and entertainment for our liking. She was ready to answer questions we had before our trip and even when we were on board! She was also kind enough to print out and mail all of our important documents which I thought was a nice touch!

Professional!
The travel agent that took care of us was very helpful, she answered all of our questions and if she didn't know the answer she went and found the answer and called us back immediately. Marie did her best to help us find what we wanted and what we were looking for. She spent hours on the phone with us making sure we were satisfied with everything. Can't say enough about the professionalism that she displayed in every way.

Problem Solve
Maria has always ensured our cruises are smooth sailing. She outdoes herself in making all arrangements for the trip, making recommendations that enhance our experiences, ensuring we have odds and ends ready, I.e. ensuring cases of important water are ordered and delivered, arranging for wheelchairs, arranging for heavy luggage pickup, suggesting cabin placement, researching for cruises we are interested in, coordinating cabins and reservations for our daughter and husband and us. Any problem or glitch she is ready to and care of.

Maria is fabulous! Royal Caribbean was creating some issues with our reservation and Maria worked non stop - on her vacation no less - to make sure they fixed it! Maria is an absolute asset to have in the Cruise ship industry! I would highly recommend anyone planning a cruise to book through her!
