Nancy is so attentive to details, and working with you to customize our experience on both a Viking cruise and side trip to Istanbul. Great guides and suggestions and when there was a small hiccup, she was on it. She really cares and helps make the vacation and travel as smooth as possible.

The Grand Danube
The Grand Danube. Two week cruise plus extensions was enjoyable. Nancy put together a get group of people and she took care of all our reservations, insurance, and reminders about passports. She even had purchased us all a snack to tide us over since we had missed lunch. She is thorough, thoughtful and shows her concern for all of us. She is like our den mother even though we’re older than she is.

Fantastic trip to Spain and Portugal
I had a fantastic time in Spain and Portugal because of Nancy’s great planning. I went to a bullfight, flamenco dance, and Fado show which were on my bucket list. You can’t go wrong with Nancy as your travel agent!

Spain, Portugal and Douro River
We had so much fun. All the details were covered and taken care of by Nancy, except our airfare and we did that as we had free tickets. She has many people, we met them, who have traveled all over the world with her and Andrea. Thank you. It was a great time. We are traveling again with them in February.

Hits it out of the Ballpark!
Nancy is highly organized. She has trip members meet and discuss any questions before our trips. You will receive a notebook with itineraries, phone numbers, etc. Anything you can possibly need is provided before your trip begins. She still makes herself available throughout the trip to each client and their families should you need any assistance at all. Peace of mind when you leave for the airport is what it's all about. It's darn hard not to enjoy her trips!! And now we have Andrea, too. Another bonus.

One of the best trips of our lives!
To all who want to go on Safari and might have been worried. NO FEAR; Nancy Motes Travel While You Can is an amazing travel agency! We just got back from a wonderful trip to Kenya and Tanzania. All participants were a pleasure to travel with. We enjoyed spending time with each one of them. Our guides in both countries were professional and genuinely concerned for our safety, comfort, and enjoyment of the trip. The amount of animal viewings was outstanding, and the comfort of the hotels, “tents”, and travel vehicles were above average. A special thanks goes to James Nairuko, our guide in Kenya, as his dedication to our comfort, cultural enrichment, and amenities was beyond the ordinary. Nancy Motes is the best travel agent in the world. She knows how to get things done and provides customized services as required for each traveler. Great transatlantic trip!
My first trip with Nancy. It was fabulous! Excellent 2 week trip from Ft. Lauderdale to Spain, France, Italy on Celebrity's newest ship, the Beyond. Great food, people, excursions, entertainment - everything you could want in a trip like this!

My bucket list come true !!
When you are guiding 30 people with the median age of 70 you have to be a special person and Nancy certainly is ! She is patient, kind and understanding. I would recommend her whole heartedly !!

Egypt/Jordan exceptional! Loved Kenya, also!
She is thorough in finding the best options for trips, detail oriented every step of the way, everything is cross checked. You can text her anytime and expect an answer. She is open to ideas and questions. Easy to communicate with her. She keeps abreast of any changes in airlines, itinerary, etc. She gets an APlus. She is working while we are sleeping or eating lunch. She's got it!

Great trip planner
My husband and I have traveled several times with Nancy and her groups of travelers. We have found her to be VERY attentive to details, especially during these times when vaccines and testing for different Covid tests are required. We have found that we can leave the travel issues with Nancy and just enjoy the trip
