I have travelled my entire life and have professionally worked as a Travel Consultant for the last 25 years. I can usually paint the picture of your next favorite destination before you even know what it is!  

I plan travel arrangements that are specific to my clients.  No two trips are alike. I believe in Customer Service and enjoy getting to know my clients so that I can create an experience that is unique to them.

I have spent extensive time in Alaska (8 trips), Hawaii, Europe, Ireland, Galapagos, and Africa, as well as in most of the Caribbean Islands, and Mexico.

I have been honored to be the "voice" of Morocco in a recently-aired tourism campaign.  While exploring Morocco, I stayed in magnificent hidden riads, took fascinating photographs, visited, and dined with local families in their homes, and stayed in a tented camp in the Sahara including a camel ride to the top of a mountain to witness the most amazing sunrise in the world!

I have also been honoured to receive the very prestigious award of being the BEST travel agent for Customer Service at the Auto Club Group, and have filmed an infomercial for them on the subject of Customer Service.

In terms of remarkable customer service, I have been able to successfully hold a Viking River Cruise ship for clients battling high winds in Amsterdam causing them to be late for their arrival on the ship.

Most importantly, I offer peace of mind.  I am available to take care of those last-minute details that tend to pop up on a regular basis like the day a client FORGOT her passport and a months' worth of medications on her way to Australia or another day when a client forgot his passport on his way to Vancouver for his "trip of a lifetime" Alaskan cruise.  Both times I was able to secure them and have them waiting at the next airport and port of call resulting in a seamless travel experience.

Throughout my career, I have made it my personal mission to establish strong relationships with all of the Business Development Managers in my fields of expertise so when the unexpected does happen, I'm well positioned to arrive at a solution.

I was a guest of the German Tourism Board in conjunction with the Israeli Tourism Board a few years ago and loved every single moment of that trip where we tried to find a way to encourage people to experience both countries during a single trip.  There was so much to see, do, and experience!  I believe that everyone should experience Jerusalem if given the opportunity to do so!

If I were to narrow down my favourite experiences, I would share that a trip to the Galapagos Islands was an unexpected surprise where you "leave nothing behind but your footprints".  The birds and wildlife were spectacular!

Alaska land and sea experiences are my first love and my passion!  I have helped hundreds of people make this dream trip a reality!

A river cruise between Moscow and Saint Petersburg, Russia allowed me to experience first hand the immense differences between these two cities and to sit in the plaza in front of St. Basil's with tears in my eyes marvelling at its beauty.

Exploring Italy, Sicily, Greece, Turkey, England, France, and Ireland plus most of the Caribbean Islands have all been highlights in my life!

I have also helped hundreds of people explore Tahiti and the Panama Canal both bucket list experiences!

My VERY favourite destination of my entire career would be time spent in Tanzania, Africa watching a car-sized water buffalo gracefully amble past my dining room table and also observing a sea of pink flamingos along the waterfront with a herd of giraffes quietly grazing in front of them!

I was very fortunate to actually witness the Great Migration of the Wildebeests where you could see NOTHING but a line of these giants as far as your eyes could see in each direction, along with the ever-present tag-along gazelles, warthogs, and zebras!

Did I mention Elephants?  Oh my!  Nothing can compare!

Last but not least was the sunrise hot air balloon ride over the Serengeti complete with the requisite champagne toast at the end of the balloon ride and then followed by an extraordinary complete breakfast in the bush served by turbaned waiters offering steaming hot food out of copper vessels.

I was invited to share this particular travel experience during an hour long travelogue on one of the largest radio stations in the Detroit area along with host Ann Thomas on WJR 760.

In closing, these are the type of experiences I hope to provide for everyone that I am honored to help with their travel arrangements.

My motto has always been "Your Journey....Our Passion", and my goal is to make every single trip an "adventure that will last a lifetime".
