Mr. McDaniel managed a large destination wedding for us. The resort we chose unexpectedly began renovations post us booking our wedding. Due to the renovations, many of our guests ran into issues at check in without warning pre-traveling. Mr. McDaniel personally waited at the front desk to be the mediator to resolve any booking issues as each of our guests arrived and went above and beyond to make sure all were compensated fairly for any booking issues.
