Megan was great! She was extremely responsive and on top of everything. She had quotes to us within one day and when we chose a place, she was able to get us upgraded to an ocean view room! She reminded us about when our payments were due, lined up our transportation to and from the resort, and helped us navigate the Covid regulations.

Long story short, Megan helped us pick the ideal resort for us which made for an epic getaway! I was nervous, having zero all inclusive travel experience, about finding the right resort to meet our family's diverse needs; grandparents, couples, and children aged 9 months to 10 years old. Megan helped us select the Dreams Vista Cancun which was perfect!!! The staff were very friendly and helpful from the time we arrived until we departed. The restaurants and bars were wonderful, and the food exceeded our expectations in variety and quality. The spa and preferred club pampered the adults while the explorer's club and waterpark kept the children entertained. All in all, the Dreams Vista resort exceeded our expectations and Megan made it all possible. Megan's attention to detail, prompt communication, and resort knowledge is priceless in making the best travel decisions! We are already plotting next year's all inclusive getaway and we will definitely be working with Megan again.
