Exceptional Service!
Sheneka took care of everything expertly. From the moment we landed until the time we departed, Sheneka kept us updated. Transport to and from our resort went smoothly. The resort itself was beautiful. Sheneka provided us with an extra touch by sending us a travel care package with a bagful of essential items needed for a travel vacation. When we arrived at our room, we were surprised by a sign with our names on it, welcoming us, along with a bottle of champagne and deserts, compliments of Sheneka. We appreciated that we could contact Sheneka for any issues that may have occurred, but everything went so smoothly, we had no need to call her.<br/>We can't thank Sheneka enough for our vacation in paradise! We plan on booking with Sheneka again!

Most Memorable Trip

Surprise 50th birthday.
When it comes to trip planning I leave it to my husband, but for his surprise 50th I had to do it. I have never been to Mexico(other than a cruise) so I had no idea where to begin. Sheneka offered three great resort options (with transportation)and I just had to pick one. Her communication before, during, after our trip was 10/10. The gift box she sent for our trip was well appreciated, and the updates about any delays when we left meant a lot. I highly recommend Sheneka for your travel plans. Some people might say “well, that’s their job to do all that “. Well, I worked with a travel agent in the past and the other ladies and I had to call him nearly everyday just to pay our deposits or ensure we actually had a reservation. You will not be disappointed working with Sheneka!

Paris/Amsterdam
It was our first time using a travel agent, and we were very pleased that we had Sheneka guiding us . From having drivers (ground transportation @ airports and hotels ) to assembling day excursions, it really went super smoothly.
Would 100% recommend having Sheneka for planning and great information to assist in your travels. She checked on along the journey to assist w/ any issues we would have ??

Most Amazing First Time Out Of The Country
Sheneka is an excellent guide for your first time getting out of the country. She is patient, thoughtful, kind, informed, straightforward, and engaged. I would definitely encourage anyone to work with her, but especially those who have never traveled outside of the country.

Wonderful Italy Trip
Working with Sheneka was a great experience overall! Sheneka was very helpful from the very beginning to the end of my trip. She answered all the questions I had perfectly and in a timely manner. When an issue came up while I was on the trip Sheneka helped resolve the issue and provided another solution right away! She also provided some tips on traveling alone which was very much appreciated. Sheneka Gordon helped make every thing easy to understand and stress free.

Traveled alone and was not alone
Absolutely without a doubt the best customer service I've ever had! I have not traveled in over 20 years I had never traveled alone. She was so consistent in making sure I understood every single thing I needed to know, every single thing I needed with a beautiful gift of bon voyage and a welcome home the day I came back. She is nothing short of amazing.
