Cathy is always a pleasure to work with. She is friendly, professional and well educated. Cathy has planned many family trips over the years for us from cruises, resorts and fun excursions. Cathy carefully makes sure every detail is covered before we leave for out trips and during our trips. Cathy has booked us many amazing, memorable family vacations. We highly recommend her!!

We had booked a cruise going into 2020. Cathy was so helpful in tying all the loose ends and getting us the best value for our money. When the pandemic hit, Cathy reassured us we would be ok and was able to get our whole trip refunded. As soon as this craziness ends, we hope to start planning again with Cathy for sure.

As a single parent working full time my schedule gets slammed. I decided to take a last minute quick get away with my son. Very easy to contact, knowledgeable, and friendly

We had a fantastic time in Scotland and Ireland. The tour guides were very knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating. We saw beautiful scenery and experienced the different cultures in each country.

Cathy was so on top of it, noticed we didn't book the taxi, helped us book it so fast, and got us a great deal! She was a key component to our trip to Mexico being so awesome!

Cathy was a huge help in booking our trip to the Grand Canyon. We had no idea there was a Railway Hotel in Williams that had a train to the Grand Canyon. What a cool experience. Cathy booked the whole package for us and it included a dinner at the Williams Railway Hotel, overnight stay, breakfast the next morning, the train ride to the Grand Canyon in the Luxury Parlor car, lunch at the Arizona Steakhouse in Grand Canyon village (where you could see the canyon outside the restaurant window), a sunset motorcoach tour on the south rim to watch the sunset over the Grand Canyon, 2 nights at the Maswick Lodge and a train ride back to Williams. It was the perfect amount of time to see everything we wanted to see at the Grand Canyon. Everything was wonderful and we couldn’t have been happier with all the details of the trip and how perfectly everything went. We wouldn’t have known about the train or the sunset tour if it hadn’t have been for Cathy. She was very responsive everytime I reached out to her and was very patient in answering all my questions. I would highly recommend her to any friend or family member. Cathy was awesome!

From the initial planning phase to our arrival back home, Cathy had every detail planned and organized for us. She chose our transportation, hotel, helped with details on the cruise, gave us advice on excursions and fun things to do, gave us things to be cautious of and most importantly, she checked in with us throughout our vacation to make sure everything was running smooth! It was extra comforting knowing she was just a phone call away if we needed her. We could not have planned such a great trip without her! We will definitely be using her in the future! Cathy helped my husband and I plan our 10th wedding anniversary to Barbados. She was very helpful in narrowing down what location to visit as we could not make up our minds. Cathy was responsive and knowledgeable about the locations we inquired about and was also very transparent about the places she did not have personal experiences with. We had provided Cathy with a wish list and were happily surprised with a swim-up upgrade at the resort. Would definitely use Cathy’s services again to plan my next trip.

When planning our river cruise in Europe, we asked Cathy for advice on pre- and post-cruise destinations and tours. Her suggestions were great! We would not have come up with the ideas on our own --specifically, flying into Prague, spending a couple days there, and then taking a train to Budapest, our embarkation point. After the cruise, we really liked her idea of taking a short trip to Munich to get even more bang for our buck.

Cathy has planned many trips for our family and always does an amazing job! She just recently planned a cruise for our family with Royal Caribbean. We have always traveld Carnival but she told us to give Royal a try and it was amazing we will definitely not be going back to Carnival. Cathy has also done our Disney trip, Two Trips to Italy for my parents and my sisters honeymoon. They all rave about her expertise! I was always skeptical to use a travel agent but since we have met Cathy we will never book a trip without her!

We have had MULTIPLE great experiences with Cathy. She's pays a particular focus to those traveling and why (romantic get away, family time with the kiddos, adventure, etc.) and is able to piece together the perfect get away from beginning to end. The itinerary she provides is detailed with all confirmation numbers, plans, reservations and she remains only a quick phone call away if you need anything at all. I also greatly appreciate her position with American Airlines. It reassures me that if there are any flight issues, she's going to have firsthand knowledge on how to handle quickly. HIGHLY RECOMMEND, using Cathy helps me be able to relax and enjoy the vacation too :).

Cathy was such a pleasure to work with and made the booking process for a large team feel so easy. Cathy booked airline flights for our team of 11 and also set up transportation to and from the airport. When we had to cancel a flight due to illness, Cathy was on top of figuring out if we could receive a refund. We also had a small timing issue with one of our vans and she remained in constant communication. Cathy was fabulous to work with and we will be using her for our future trips!

When planning an all-inclusive Caribbean getaway, it’s easy to get overwhelmed with what seems like hundreds of possible locations and resorts to choose from. Cathy was extremely helpful in narrowing our search based on what we were looking for. I tend to go down rabbit holes of reading reviews about resorts and not knowing which ones to trust. Trusting Cathy was the best decision. I’m glad we used a travel agent and I’m glad we used Cathy. She helped make sure we were prepared and had everything we needed for heading out of the country. She was even available for last minute text questions that helped ease our mind. It’s nice to have a real person to ask questions to instead of Google. I highly recommend Cathy. She has always provided great travel planning for our family for air travel, hotels and cruises. Even more important is in these crazy times she is always on top of current travel events and situations. She very efficiently handled the cruise line’s cancellation of a vacation we had booked last year. She quickly got us a full refund, something I appreciate even more after hearing about some of the time lags and hoops friends had to jump through in the same situation. Cathy put together a wonderful cruise for my family. We were so excited to visit places we had not been to before while cruising on a wonderful cruiseship. Sadly, COVID-19 had other plans and we did not get to go on this trip of a lifetime.
