Great personal service!

We took a chance on an unknown travel agent (mostly based on online reviews) and we're sure glad we did. Billy Braxdale provides excellent personal service, both before and after the trip! We had never done a river cruise before and were full of questions. Billy was able to answer those questions or refer us to other resources. He made sure we had everything in order before we left and then contacted us upon our return to see how we fared. We will definitely be using Billy for our travel needs in the future!

Service that's like an extension of the cruise

I had never planned on even been on a cruise before. Billy made the process not a process at all. It was just show up and have the time of your life. His customer service before and after our trip was like an extension of the cruise. Even when he was away enjoying his own cruise with limited communication, he managed to be available to answer all of my questions as if he were still in the office. The knowledge and attention to detail was right on par with the staff during our Disney cruise. He really made it seem as if the cruise started before we left and continued after we arrived back home. I am already planning my next cruise with Billy's help.
