A very smooth and organized trip.
We were kept up-to-date of changes in a timely manner. Made arrangements for us to arrive a day early for a visit to the Space Needle, which I was excited to see. The trip was very enjoyable.

Can't Wait to Travel Again!
Our cruise to the Bahamas was amazing, and we have Mr.Brooks to thank for it! Everything was perfectly organized, from the booking process to the little details. He made it easy and stress-free—highly recommend!

Australia Trip
We visited Australia and enjoyed it very much. We especially enjoyed Melbourne and Adelaide Wildlife Park. The park lets you see their animals up close and feed them. Melbourne is very beautiful and the people were very friendly.

Alaskan Cruise
Bill was very patient with us asking lots of questions as we had never used an agent before nor taken a trip to Alaska. He was knowledgeable and gave us good advice.

Once in a lifetime experience!
I really appreciated Bill's availability and willingness to answer all my questions. When he didn't know the answer, he would search it out and get back to me in a timely manner. He also gave helpful travel tips from his experiences in travel.

Highest Recommendation
It is hard to find the words to express how grateful we are to Bill for his help in making our cruise happen. We are ordinarily independent travelers — planes, trains, rental cars, B&Bs. I’m quite comfortable to do it myself. But we have not been cruisers. <br/><br/>So I was happy to have the assistance of a professional. Bill was there to help us every step of the way. And some of those steps were probably out of the ordinary. We took this cruise to celebrate the recoveries from cancer of both my wife and I. We had a few special needs that Bill helped us through.<br/><br/>Bill also knows Alaska and was able to advise us on things to do and sights not to miss. We took Bill’s advice and were never disappointed.<br/><br/>I can recommend Bill highly and without qualification.

Top notch birthday trip!!
I have booked multiple trips with Mr. Bill Brooks and he has always listened to my request and made the best suggestions for our family. Mr. Bill takes the time to do all the heavy research and I couldn’t imagine booking another trip without his assistance.

Excellent attention to even the smaller details
Our trip to the Middle East was planned through our church. But, when I found myself in need of Traveler's Insurance, my thoughts went immediately to William (Bill) Brooks. He used my trip details to find an insurance policy with comprehensive coverage that met all of our needs, and offered helpful advice along the way. William is one of my best travel resources.

An amazing trip!
My husband and I took a 12 night British Isles cruise which included ports in England, Ireland, Scotland and France. We had never cruised with Princess Cruises before and were pleased with the experience. Mr. Brooks was very helpful to us when we had to reschedule the cruise due to one of us having Covid and was able to recommend an alternate shore excursion company when one of the cruise line sponsored excursions was full. We look forward to booking more trips with Mr. Brooks for future travels.

"Bucket list" - Rhine River cruise
We have booked many travel excursions with Bill Brooks. This last trip for Viking River Cruise was excellent. We first approached Bill about obtaining his help in booking a trip on Rhine River with Viking. He immediately began researching the details for different cruise routes. Very quickly he had us over to review different routes, timeframe for trips, etc. Once we selected the trip, he worked with Viking to present a cruise schedule that worked within our dates. All details were presented and booking was made. After the first month of our booking, we had another couple that wanted to take the trip with us. Bill was able to work with Viking to set up their trip with us. This required extra challenges and Bill worked through all the obstables. He kept us update to regarding flight changes by Viking and worked out any issues to insure that both couples were traveling together. As always it was a great experience from preparation to sendoff.

Alaska Cruise & Branson Adventures
I have done both land and cruise trips with William Brooms. Both Trips were well planned and organized. Mr. Brooks demonstrated his ability to to keep tabs on us and to make sure that everyone was safe. There were lots of options for personal choices for land excursions on our cruise. On one land tour, a member of our group became very ill. Mr. Brooks secured immediate assistance for this individual and contacted their family. He did all this behind the scenes while still continuing to make sure that the adventure progressed on for all other members of the trip.

Great Alaskan Trip!
Bill got us a great room on board the ship! He was able to get our other family members a room close by. He suggested great excursions for us to go on. He also gave us tips about cruising, airfare, luggage, etc. We could contact him whenever we needed to ask a question. He was great to work with!

We loved Alaska!

Wonderful trip we will never forget!
