I have cruised since 1980 with over 60 cruises and Terri is the first travel agent I have met that has traveled more than me and knows a lot more about things. She pays attention to details and I am always impressed with her professionalism and way that she has to add all those extras to your trip that you didn't even know existed. Terri assisted us with booking our first river cruise in Europe. She ensured we found the cruise with the best itinerary for us at a great price. We added a pre cruise day and she made sure the extra day hotel and transportation were all in place. She explained everything in great detail and provided info that helped us choose the excursions that enhanced the trip for us. We had a last minute flight cancellation by the airline at the last minute and even though she was out of town, she jumped in and worked with the river cruise company to get new flights so our trip was not impacted.
