World wide travel has provided me with first hand knowledge of some of the most incredible destinations and their little known gems that you must try!

While sailing the beautiful turquoise Caribbean, cool drink in hand, I helped catch our fish of the day on an 8 person catamaran. It was prepared fresh as a tuna sashimi appetizer. These bi-annual sailing trips started my adventure.  Little did I know where it would lead me. 

After a long day of meandering the cobble-stone streets in hidden Italian towns I'd stumble into a new cafe' filled with locals smiling and sharing stories. The freshness of the seafood and pasta dish passed down for generations are not to be missed.

Ah, but it was a cool creamy Limoncello on the mountainous Isle of Capri that caused me to want to permanently be on vacation. There is nothing quite like being immersed in the culture, sightseeing, and learning about favorite spices from the local chefs firsthand. From tequila tasting in Mexico, meeting local fishermen in New Zealand, sailing the warm waters of the Caribbean, devouring the freshest seafood in Santorini, and learning to cook in Thailand, to wherever our future culinary adventures take us... won't you join us on our next great feast?

These are just a few of the many memories I've made over the years. Merging my passions for travel and cooking, I created Culinary Latitudes Travel while working at a CPA firm during my short stay in south Florida. An agency focused on crafting explorations for the enthusiastic traveler and the "foodies" at heart.

My husband and I have a blended family with 6 adult children and 7 grandchildren.
