I booked a trip from Vermont to North Dakota thru Jeanie. There is no easy way to get to North Dakota. We had two layovers. First leg was ok but second one there was problems with plane which made us late for the connection flight. We called Jeanie and she went to work finding us a new flight. She kept us calm and explained what to expect because our new plane was late and airlines had to put us up for night. Jeanie was fabulous! She didn't panic and we were very confident in her ability to do the best possible for us. And she did! I won't fly without her!
