I fell in love with travel while in college and when the opportunity came to make travel a career, I grabbed it. I never considered that 44 years later I would still be helping clients plan their perfect vacation or arranging a business trip for my air warriors!
The industry has changed, but the basics of taking great care to make sure all of the travel arrangements are perfect for each individual client have stayed the same.
Being a travel agent does not stop when the tickets are issued or the documents delivered. It continues before, during and after the trip. Making sure things continue to go right and being there with solutions if they go wrong.
