We had a major family crisis occur just two weeks before our scheduled trip that left all of us unable to travel on the original dates, and according to the airline's policy we should have forfeited the entire trip. It wasn’t included in our package. Tammi immediately booked private transfer from resort to airport at no cost to us. We appreciated this very much. Tammy planned my vacation with my daughter after my treatment from Breast Cancer was finished. It turned out to be just what the doctor ordered! The resort was amazing and the staff very helpful. The nightly entertainment, food and activities made for a memorable time. Tammy planned a trip to the Ruins where we were able to experience a surreal adventure. She made my first experience abroad a very comfortable and relaxing one. We are already in discussion about our next trip this year. I know that Tammy will put worth her best to cover all the bases with regards to what we want from this next adventure. :)
