As an All Inclusive Family Resort Specialist with 16+ years in the travel industry, I don't just recommend resorts from a catalog. I visit them, stay in the rooms, eat the food, and experience everything firsthand so that when I recommend a property to you, I know it delivers.

A RESORT I CAN'T STOP TALKING ABOUT
I recently had the chance to stay at Dreams Natura Resort and Spa in Cancun, and let me tell you, this place is something else. Located just 15 minutes from the Cancun International Airport, it is one of those properties that genuinely earns the word paradise.

The amenities are stunning across the board. The Dreams Spa by Pevonia is cenote-inspired, award-winning, and honestly one of the most breathtaking spa experiences I have seen in Cancun. But this resort is just as much about fun as it is about relaxation.

There is a lazy river, water slides, and so many dining options you will not run out of things to try.When it comes to rooms, you have real choices. Tropical view suites, oceanfront rooms, and swim-up suites where you can literally slide into the pool right from your private terrace.

During my stay I had the joy of witnessing 3 beautiful wedding celebrations on property, which tells you everything about the kind of magical setting this resort creates.

Dreams Natura is perfect for families with kids, couples looking for a romantic escape, and groups celebrating something special. It truly delivers on every level, and it is one of my top recommendations without hesitation.

EVERY TRIP IS PERSONAL

Disney cruise

We just returned from our 7 day cruise on the Disney Fantasy. Travel agent Lelia Reyes provided a excellent turn key event from airlines to ground transportation and ship side hints to shore events. She secured adjoining staterooms and balconies for our party of six as well as first seating for on board dining. As grandparents, we enjoyed the closeness of having our grandchildren nearby while maintaining privacy.

Best family vacation we have ever had!

We contacted Leila asking for a "fun" family vacation for us and our 2 sons (9 and 13). We requested low parental maintenance, fun for the kids, and clear blue water. She set us up with a Disney cruise, for us adjoining rooms with a veranda to share with family, and made sure we were set for shore excursions and relaxation!! All we had to do was show up and enjoy! Came back and we (parents) were rested, had made amazing family memories and hated to get off the ship. The absolute best family vacation ever! We are definitely using Leila again for this years big family adventure!!

Orlando Vacation

I will not change my travel agent Leila Reyes, She booked my Orlando vacations , and it could have not be better, everything went, just as she booked it. car rental, hotel and even the tickets to the parks. Plus she is so perfessional on what she does. besides being so sweet. and shows she care about your plans. She is the best..

Smooth process and peace of mind for ourselves

Leila is excellent! We sailed on the Norwegian Getaway last August, and she even arranged our entertainment reservations. She was available to answer our questions as first time cruisers, from beginning to end. Even helped me to begin my travel insurance claim process, after we encounter a few bumps on our trip. So glad Leila encourage us to purchase Travel Insurance as well. Definitively planning my next vacation with her again.

awesome disney/universal trip!!!!

Ms. Reyes was very helpful and available from start to finish. The flight got canceled 30 minutes before boarding. The ticket agent was not very helpful. I ended up talking to Leila on a Sunday and she offered us 2 options. A flight out later that afternoon or a rental car. She made sure we were taken care of. Will definitely use her again and recommend her to friends and family.

The perfect family vacation

Leila is amazing, she was able to book the perfect family vacation and anniversary celebration for our family in a very short period of time. The flights, car rental, hotel, restaurants and activities for the whole family all done for us perfectly. Fairmont El San Juan Hotel is beautiful. Leila reserved us a beach front suite which had separate bedrooms and bathrooms and the views were amazing! The cake and champagne she sent to our room on our anniversary day was just over the top. Puerto Rico is phenomenal with beautiful people, culture, history and of course AMAZING FOOD. It was hard having to leave. I can't wait to call Leila for our next adventure.

30th Wedding Anniversary trip

Leila was amazing from the start to end of our trip. She was very helpful in understanding all the documents and specifics for our travel. Questions were answered promptly. She put together a folder with all of the info needed for a stress free trip. She was great and we were happy we used her service!

AMAZING TRAVEL AGENT

We where so lucky to find Leila for our travel needs. For the last 15 years my wife and I have used multiple travel agents along with internet travel sites. In the end we have always felt like just another pay check. On a side note, online prices and travel agents are very close to the same price. Leila was on board with my families needs and wants from the get go. She worked wonders for us and made our vacation amazing. Leila will be our go to travel agent from now on. We have recommended her to all our friends and family, and will be booking a adults only trip with her very soon.

Family Trip on Norwegian Encore

Leila worked diligently with my sisters and I to ensure our cruise was everything we expected (and more). Paris Olympics & Greece

Leila is incredible. We spent about 10 years dreaming of what it would be like to take the family to Paris in order to see the 2024 Olympics (and then a restful time to Greece). But when it came time to actually start making plans and reservations, it was very overwhelming. Leila made everything a breeze. She worked as fast or as slow as we wanted when it came time to booking flights, hotels, excursions, etc. When it came time to leave for our trip, we had all our plans in the Trip app and in a printed booklet. Both were extremely helpful and our 2 week trip to Paris, Santorini, and Athens went off without a hitch. No trip is too big for her!

Birthday Cruise 2023

Leila has been a joy to work with! She is knowledgeable and you can tell she loves helping others plan their vacations. We had never worked with a travel agent before and she came highly recommended. She provided the necessary forms and documentation, answered our many questions and followed up with us throughout the planning process as well as after we returned home. There were a few surprises in store for our daughter to celebrate her birthday. Every last detail was perfect thanks to Leila!

30 YR Anniversary Celebration

Secrets Playa Blanca was a trip of a lifetime for our 30 year anniversary celebration! the resort is everything Leila said it would be and more. Outstanding service, food and drinks! Beautiful ocean front room! Can't wait to go back!
