Allure of the Seas - Galveston, TX
I have to share my experience on board the Allure of the Seas, the biggest ship sailing out of Texas as of today. I boarded the sailing of December 18, 2022, visiting Cozumel and Costa Maya, MX.
We stayed in 2 connecting Boardwalk View Balconies for my family of 4 (2 teens). This was our first time (as a family) on any Oasis Class Ships, I have sailed on mega ships before, but not like this one, or at least what I thought was a mega ship. Something that I can testify is, it never felt crowded, even with 6.000+ passengers on board, that alone blew me away!
If you are apprehensive, give it a try. It's totally worth it! Best of all is the complimentary activities included like: Zip line, Flowrider, Rock Climbing Wall, Ice Skating. Believe me when I say, I did not had the time to go to the pool, shocker right! Check out the videos I posted below, I was brave enough to try the zipline with my kids...with a little zest of my loud self, ha!

We just returned from our 7 day cruise on the Disney Fantasy. Travel agent Lelia Reyes provided a excellent turn key event from airlines to ground transportation and ship side hints to shore events. She secured adjoining staterooms and balconies for our party of six as well as first seating for on board dining. As grandparents, we enjoyed the closeness of having our grandchildren nearby while maintaining privacy.

Best family vacation we have ever had!
We contacted Leila asking for a "fun" family vacation for us and our 2 sons (9 and 13). We requested low parental maintenance, fun for the kids, and clear blue water. She set us up with a Disney cruise, for us adjoining rooms with a veranda to share with family, and made sure we were set for shore excursions and relaxation!! All we had to do was show up and enjoy! Came back and we (parents) were rested, had made amazing family memories and hated to get off the ship. The absolute best family vacation ever! We are definitely using Leila again for this years big family adventure!!

Smooth process and peace of mind for ourselves
Leila is excellent! We sailed on the Norwegian Getaway last August, and she even arranged our entertainment reservations. She was available to answer our questions as first time cruisers, from beginning to end. Even helped me to begin my travel insurance claim process, after we encounter a few bumps on our trip. So glad Leila encourage us to purchase Travel Insurance as well. Definitively planning my next vacation with her again.

Ms. Reyes was very helpful and available from start to finish. The flight got canceled 30 minutes before boarding. The ticket agent was not very helpful. I ended up talking to Leila on a Sunday and she offered us 2 options. A flight out later that afternoon or a rental car. She made sure we were taken care of. Will definitely use her again and recommend her to friends and family.

The perfect family vacation
Leila is amazing, she was able to book the perfect family vacation and anniversary celebration for our family in a very short period of time. The flights, car rental, hotel, restaurants and activities for the whole family all done for us perfectly. Fairmont El San Juan Hotel is beautiful. Leila reserved us a beach front suite which had separate bedrooms and bathrooms and the views were amazing! The cake and champagne she sent to our room on our anniversary day was just over the top. Puerto Rico is phenomenal with beautiful people, culture, history and of course AMAZING FOOD. It was hard having to leave. I can't wait to call Leila for our next adventure.

Leila is incredible. We spent about 10 years dreaming of what it would be like to take the family to Paris in order to see the 2024 Olympics (and then a restful time to Greece). But when it came time to actually start making plans and reservations, it was very overwhelming. Leila made everything a breeze. She worked as fast or as slow as we wanted when it came time to booking flights, hotels, excursions, etc. When it came time to leave for our trip, we had all our plans in the Trip app and in a printed booklet. Leila did an exceptional job planning our trip on the Disney Fantasy cruise. She took her time with us and answered all of our questions. Amaizingly greateful to Leila Reyes
Leila Reyes interrupted her own vacation to deal with a critical situation that we were facing after our cruise ship was delayed due to technical difficulties with the engine.
In the cruise ship, the wifi services offered was max out and extremely slow because people were desperate trying to reschedule their flight home. Others were trying to make hotel reservations. There were only 4 phone lines and the waiting line was long. (Remember, cruises may have over 3000 people on board)
If you only have one opportunity to call a person to help you reschedule a flight or perhaps to help you find a hotel, Who would that be?
In our case was Leila. She adopted our situation and strategically studied a map of the city we were at and found us a hotel. She gave us all the instructions to follow including the train we need to take and how far the hotel was from our location.
We greatly appreciated all her effort.
