Simply the Best !!!

From our 2nd cruise 20 years ago on The Norway to our 21st Cruise in February on Celebrity Summit Fran always provides the most knowledgeable information and friendly advice and excellent Customer Service. Once we met Fran we have never booked with another Agent//Friend. She even did the travel plans wedding for our Godchild's Wedding. More than a travel executive my family and I consider Fran a Friend. She is the most thorough Agent ever. She thinks of everything. and always make you feel special.

The travel agent we rely on

My wife and I have been fortunate enough to have had Fran Munyon's help in planning a half dozen or so cruises over the past few years. I can't imagine how anyone could provide better service than Fran. She has always gone the extra mile for us in arranging exactly the kind of trip we want every single time, and she's always incredibly prompt in contacting me whenever I ask her for help. Besides all that, she's engaging and fun to talk with during our planning calls. She deserves the highest possible ranking in any survey of travel agents.

ALWAYS A GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!!!

I just LOVE Fran!!!! I have worked with Fran for over 20 years! She makes planning a vacation a breeze and has ALWAYS given me excellent guidance! I have recommended her to all of my friends who travel and they say the same thing- SHE IS GREAT! BTW- just planned my second vacation this year with her yesterday-great as always! Kathy C.

Flawless Mediterranean Cruise, trip of a lifetime!

This is the second cruise we've booked with Fran. It was our first Mediterranean cruise and were a bit anxious as we've only done Caribbean cruises in the past. Fran made a perfect suggestion for a hotel in Rome, close to the Vatican and suggested an early "front of the line" Vatican tour (which was amazing!). She also arranged for a personal driver to take us from the hotel to the cruise port an hour away. The driver was supposed to arrive at 11:30, but arrived at 11:29 instead ;-) Our last port in Istanbul, she suggested a hotel close to the airport since our flight back to the states was at 6:00am. The hotel was beautiful and clean and the rate was so much less than what you could get in the US for a similar hotel. Overall, our trip was flawless from start to finish. I can't thank Fran enough!!!

I LOVE FRAN!!!

Fran has been our travel agent for the past 5 years. She always finds us the best deals for exactly what we're looking for. She takes care of all the details and makes sure we have the best vacation possible. Last year we went on a cruise to Italy and Fran helped us arrange private excursions with great tour companies! We will always book our trips through Fran!

Amazing!!!

Fran has been my travel agent for over 15 years. She is amazing. She knows everything about cruising and has also helped us with all-inclusive resorts. When we went to Italy she got us in contact with the most amazing group who took such good care of our group. I have recommended Fran to so many people, she now has a Colorado file…There is no one I trust more when booking my travel than Fran Munyon.

Love my Travel Agent Fran Munyon

Fran Munyon has been my cruise and vacation travel agent for over 10 years. She has booked trips for my family and friends through my recommendation and everyone raves about her. Helped with booking excursions and made our trip so much fun She was very helpful with any information needed about the cruse ship itself booking shows and dinner reservations Our cabins were perfect and helped with coordinating our group to be near or next o each other on the ship. I will be booking other vacation with Fran in the near future!

We've had Fran book the majority of our cruises and an all inclusive to Cozumel . Fran is always willing to help and always returns my call or emails. She's also been helpful with hotel choices.Once she even assisted us with getting to the port

Always insightful and willing to help.

I've used Fran for booking cruises for over 10 years. From the first cruise booking, I knew I had someone I could trust. Her knowledge of the industry allows her to always steer me in the right direction when looking for a cruise vacation. She has always been prompt, courteous and willing to go the extra mile to be sure I'm satisfied. In Summer of 2014 she booked a Mediterranean cruise for a small group of 8 of my friends. Not only did she book a wonderful cruise for us, she also gave us valuable advice on pre cruise hotel options and connected us with private tour guides in multiple destinations. You can count on Fran !
