From our 2nd cruise 20 years ago on The Norway to our 21st Cruise in February on Celebrity Summit Fran always provides the most knowledgeable information and friendly advice and excellent Customer Service. Once we met Fran we have never booked with another Agent//Friend. She even did the travel plans wedding for our Godchild's Wedding. More than a travel executive my family and I consider Fran a Friend. She is the most thorough Agent ever. She thinks of everything. and always make you feel special.

This is the second cruise we've booked with Fran. It was our first Mediterranean cruise and were a bit anxious as we've only done Caribbean cruises in the past. Fran made a perfect suggestion for a hotel in Rome, close to the Vatican and suggested an early "front of the line" Vatican tour (which was amazing!). She also arranged for a personal driver to take us from the hotel to the cruise port an hour away. The driver was supposed to arrive at 11:30, but arrived at 11:29 instead ;-) Our last port in Istanbul, she suggested a hotel close to the airport since our flight back to the states was at 6:00am. The hotel was beautiful and clean and the rate was so much less than what you could get in the US for a similar hotel. Overall, our trip was flawless from start to finish. I can't thank Fran enough!!!
