Honeymoon
My husband and I contacted Lori to help us set up our honeymoon. We had three different places in mind but we asked Lori the different things about them. She was really knowledgeable on all three places. She helped us get everything all set up.Lori also kept us informed on everything she was doing. We were very happy with everything she did for us. She went above and beyond for us. We had amazing honeymoon and everything was perfect. Thank you so much Lori for making our honeymoon one that we will not forget.

Always Available!
Lori had assisted us with travel desires for many years- through raising kids, life changes and even cross country moves.
We can't travel as much as we would like right now in the last few years, but we know she is there for us if we can plan.

She did a great job arranging a desitnation wedding trip for 30+ people.
Lori was given the challenging task of booking 30+ to go to Negril Jamaica for a destination Wedding. She has done a great job with keeping us updated and quickly emailing or calling whenever necessary. She is always available to answer any questions we've had and very pleasant. Thanks Lori!

Fun in the sun starts with Lor!
After using another travel agent that was not very responsive and searching all over the internet for a great vacation place, a friend had told me about Lori and I am so glad she did. She made planning our trip to Mexcio exciting right from the start. We stayed at a beautiful resort and Lori handled everything we needed for the trip so all we had to do was pack, get our passports and not forget the sunblock. When I go on my next vacation where I want all inclusive, I will be using Lori again for sure!

Wonderful Agent

Lori is everything you would want in an agent. She really cares about what type of vacation you are looking for, and communicates with you every step of the process. If trouble arises, she is right there to handle all the calls and difficulties. She is always responsive, and easy to talk to.

Lori is the best!!
We asked Lori to plan a Hawaiian trip for us, but it was last minute and we only had a week or two to plan. She did a wonderful job, and we had a fabulous time. She also found the nicest place for the least expensive price, which also helped a lot. I plan to use Lori Hoffman for ALL our travel needs from now on.

It was like having a fairy godmother

Smoothest planning I have ever done for a trip! She worked out every issue that we had.
We planned our honeymoon in jamaica with Lori and she was very knowledgeable on what to do there ,what to see,what perks are worth the money ,ect. I have recommended lori to my friends. She made sure everything was ready to go and we had not a single worry about anything. I will be using her on my next trip!

Way easier than Orbitz or Expedia for the same price
I was under the impression I couldn't afford a travel agent until I saw something Lori posted on Facebook. She was able to get me a great price & location, she responded to all my emails quickly & efficiently. As a small business owner, I don't have the time to deal with these things myself, she made it seamless. I'm very happy with her services, I've already recommended her to some of my friends. So helpful in the planning process!
I stumbled across Lori on a random Facebook post and happened to be planning a vacation at the time. I was so lost in the process as there are a million beautiful places to choose from. Lori was amazing! So helpful in getting things narrowed down and offering her knowledgeable opinion. We just got back from Riu Palace Punta Cana in the Dominican Republic and it was an incredible experience. She helped us every step of the way, checked on us while we were there, and the night we got home we had a welcome home email from her. She is a true professional that goes above and beyond to help and make sure you have a fabulous time while traveling. I would recommend her to anyone! Thanks Lori for helping my family and me have a terrific vacation in Punta Cana!!!

AMAZING vacation planned by Lori!
My husband and I went to Jamaica for our 1st anniversary trip, staying at the Ocho Rios Sandals resort. We initially asked Lori for some recommendations because we were so indecisive on where to go and she could not have been more spot on choosing us a location and resort she thought we would like. Everything about the vacation was so awesomely curated for my husband and I which is a major perk that comes with working with Lori as she really listens to what her clients are looking for out of their travel. Lori, as always, was also incredibly responsive with all questions we had and her knowledge about traveling is always greatly appreciated. She just makes it too easy to go on vacation! We will for sure use Lori for all upcoming travel needs!

We were going back and forth on Hotels where to stay and she helped us choose an Amazing one!
Overall Lori did great to help us out! Our stay was wonderful, we enjoyed ourselves and have amazing memories to look back onto. The only negative we had was that we didn't arrive early enough to the Airport which screwed us up completely on the first day! We were supposed to arrive in Cancun by 10AM but instead we didn't get there until 10PM....We had to go to another airport and purchase additional tickets just to get to Cancun and on top of that took 2 different flights to finally make it down there. Other than traveling to Cancun going everything was Wonderful!

Wishing I could take more vacation so I can work with Lori!
I have planned three trips with Lori and am looking forward to planning a fourth. I have also referred a friend to her who planned her honeymoon. She is very organized and sticks to my budget. Any concerns I have had, she takes very seriously.

Great travel agent who takes the stress out of planning!
Lori has planned multiple vacations for my family! We take a big vacation every summer and most recently traveled with a group of 11. Lori not only had so many fun ideas and suggestions on where we should go, but knew about the pros and cons of each and gave is so much important information to make our decisions. It's not easy planning for a large group, but she made it easy for us, even when we had a last minute airline change! When we checked into the resort, Lori had called ahead to be sure our rooms were close together (they were perfect) and even sent a bottle of champagne to our room for our anniversary! We are already working on next summer's trip with Lori!!!!! It's great to know you've got someone to call who can help if there is an issue. That peace of mind is priceless! Lori is the best!!!

Super accommodating to all my last minute changes
We made a last minute change on our last trip due to forecasted weather and ended up having a great time Ina completely different destination. I felt confident with my daughter on our own at a resort in Jamaica didn't question the recommendation in the least.

I contacted Lori to help with planning a group trip next year we started having no clue where we even wanted to go, Lori walked me through with suggestions and questions to help make a decision and then suggested several different locations. Lori was extremely knowledgeable with all of the different destinations were were considering, prior to us deciding to go to Jamaica. Once we decided to go to Jamaica, she helped answer any questions we had regarding the different resorts, their amenities and prior client's reviews. Lori was very honest and straightforward and made it easy to decide where we wanted to stay..it was nice to know that she has stayed at several of the resorts she recommended, so she has had first hand experience with the room space, cleanliness, service provided and food quality/options. Oh and it was nice that her request got us an upgrade to a presidential suite..heck yeah!!! I was EXTREMELY satisfied and impressed with her professionalism and will definitely book another trip with her again!

Makes the process fun & easy!
We have used Lori in the past to help us plan a vacation. The vacation was the best trip of our life and so it was not a question that we would also use Lori to help book our honeymoon. Hands down best agent ever!
Lori was a fantastic guide in planning our family vacation. I was very specific (picky) with what I was looking for. Lori worked tirelessly to ensure that I was able to have the greatest vacation. I felt as if she was planning the vacation for US (her and I). She was meticulous and we ended up with such a fantastic vacation.

Excellent planner
Lori had a tough job, 9 people and resorts that weren't cooperating - not opening on time, not nice enough. But the vacation was a great trip - Resort beautiful, great beach, excellent food and no one else around. This was by far the easiest planning I have done in all the trips I have taken. Thanks to Lori we have beautiful memories.

Patient and helpful
Lori did an excellent job in helping us plan a trip in Europe. She worked closely with us to provide many options to meet what we were looking for. She was patient as my husband and I revised our travel itinerary many times. She knew when to provide us with needed assistance with travel and accommodations and when best to allow us to do it on our own. It made our trip so much nicer to have all of our plans taken care of and neatly organized for us to simply follow. When we arrived in Europe, we could just relax and enjoy.

Incredible honeymoon, fantastic vacation
Lori was fantastic when helping us book our honeymoon to Puerto Vallarta in 2013 and Riviera Maya in 2014. We stayed at the Secrets Resort in Puerto Vallarta. Since it was our honeymoon she contacted the resort to make them aware and when we arrived our door was decorated there were fresh flowers in the room and we had vouchers to the on site day spa and other events around the resort. Before we even left the United States, she gave us pointers as to who to look for ( men in flowered shirts) and a heads up about the desk with people trying to sell fake excursions and time shares. If she didn't make us aware of that, we would have more than likely been suckered into the scams. We had a fantastic honeymoon and with it being the first trip my husband has gone on outside of the United States, we decided to book another trip to Riviera Maya last year to see the other side of Mexico.
We stayed at the Grand sunset princess, last June. The resort was HUGE! !! But everything was fantastic! !! Lori again gave us pointers to find our bus when we got to the airport and also gave us a heads up what the resort was like. It was exactly what we were looking for, to have a very memorable vacation. I would recommend Lori for all your traveling needs and will definitely book travel with her in the future! !

She is the only travel agent I will ever use!!
Lori was very helpful, she had all kinds of ideas and suggestions for us, answered all of our questions (we had a LOT), was always pleasant and professional, and was VERY quick with her responses! I have always tried to make reservations myself because I didn't think that there was a need for using a travel agent anymore with so much on the internet - I WAS WRONG!! Her knowledge and expertise has made this so much easier and we got so much more bang for our buck!! She helped us decide to go all inclusive - helped get extra "bonus money" at the resort", private shuttle service, help with excursions, recommended insurance - and why we needed it. I can't say enough about her service!! We HIGHLY RECOMMEND TRAVEL BY LORI TO EVERYONE!!

Awesome Travel Agent!
Lori has been extremely helpful with her personal knowledge of Jamaica! She has set us up at the #1 family resort. Run Away Bay. She quickly answered all of our questions and gave us great ideas for excursions. We just booked Mystic Mountain today. We are so looking forward to our trip! We will definitely plan another trip through Lori in the future.

Top Notch Experience
We had the best time in Aruba and Lori was instrumental in guiding my wife and I along. Lori helped us pick a great hotel in a prime location and was always there to help with my questions. Everything from a hotel transfer to unlimited food and drink were provided so we had a care free vacation. We used one of her restaurant recommendations to eat out for my wife's birthday and we were very satisfied. Lori even saved the day when I accidentally switched our seats on the plane and the airline carrier was unwilling to switch them back unless we paid $70 / seat.
