After using another travel agent that was not very responsive and searching all over the internet for a great vacation place, a friend had told me about Lori and I am so glad she did. She made planning our trip to Mexcio exciting right from the start. We stayed at a beautiful resort and Lori handled everything we needed for the trip so all we had to do was pack, get our passports and not forget the sunblock. When I go on my next vacation where I want all inclusive, I will be using Lori again for sure!

I stumbled across Lori on a random Facebook post and happened to be planning a vacation at the time. I was so lost in the process as there are a million beautiful places to choose from. Lori was amazing! So helpful in getting things narrowed down and offering her knowledgeable opinion. We just got back from Riu Palace Punta Cana in the Dominican Republic and it was an incredible experience. She helped us every step of the way, checked on us while we were there, and the night we got home we had a welcome home email from her. My husband and I went to Jamaica for our 1st anniversary trip, staying at the Ocho Rios Sandals resort. We initially asked Lori for some recommendations because we were so indecisive on where to go and she could not have been more spot on choosing us a location and resort she thought we would like. Everything about the vacation was so awesomely curated for my husband and I which is a major perk that comes with working with Lori as she really listens to what her clients are looking for out of their travel. Overall Lori did great to help us out! Our stay was wonderful, we enjoyed ourselves and have amazing memories to look back onto. The only negative we had was that we didn't arrive early enough to the Airport which screwed us up completely on the first day! We were supposed to arrive in Cancun by 10AM but instead we didn't get there until 10PM....We had to go to another airport and purchase additional tickets just to get to Cancun and on top of that took 2 different flights to finally make it down there. Other than traveling to Cancun going everything was Wonderful!

Lori has planned multiple vacations for my family! We take a big vacation every summer and most recently traveled with a group of 11. Lori not only had so many fun ideas and suggestions on where we should go, but knew about the pros and cons of each and gave is so much important information to make our decisions. It's not easy planning for a large group, but she made it easy for us, even when we had a last minute airline change! When we checked into the resort, Lori had called ahead to be sure our rooms were close together (they were perfect) and even sent a bottle of champagne to our room for our anniversary! We are already working on next summer's trip with Lori!!!!! It's great to know you've got someone to call who can help if there is an issue. That peace of mind is priceless! Lori is the best!!!

Once we decided to go to Jamaica, she helped answer any questions we had regarding the different resorts, their amenities and prior client's reviews. Lori had a tough job, 9 people and resorts that weren't cooperating - not opening on time, not nice enough. But the vacation was a great trip - Resort beautiful, great beach, excellent food and no one else around. This was by far the easiest planning I have done in all the trips I have taken. She was patient as my husband and I revised our travel itinerary many times. Lori was fantastic when helping us book our honeymoon to Puerto Vallarta in 2013 and Riviera Maya in 2014. We stayed at the Secrets Resort in Puerto Vallarta. Since it was our honeymoon she contacted the resort to make them aware and when we arrived our door was decorated there were fresh flowers in the room and we had vouchers to the on site day spa and other events around the resort. Before we even left the United States, she gave us pointers as to who to look for ( men in flowered shirts) and a heads up about the desk with people trying to sell fake excursions and time shares. If she didn't make us aware of that, we would have more than likely been suckered into the scams. We had a fantastic honeymoon and with it being the first trip my husband has gone on outside of the United States, we decided to book another trip to Riviera Maya last year to see the other side of Mexico.
We stayed at the Grand sunset princess, last June. The resort was HUGE! !! But everything was fantastic! !! Lori again gave us pointers to find our bus when we got to the airport and also gave us a heads up what the resort was like. It was exactly what we were looking for, to have a very memorable vacation. I would recommend Lori for all your traveling needs and will definitely book travel with her in the future! !

I have always tried to make reservations myself because I didn't think that there was a need for using a travel agent anymore with so much on the internet - I WAS WRONG!! Her knowledge and expertise has made this so much easier and we got so much more bang for our buck!! She helped us decide to go all inclusive - helped get extra "bonus money" at the resort", private shuttle service, help with excursions, recommended insurance - and why we needed it. I can't say enough about her service!! We HIGHLY RECOMMEND TRAVEL BY LORI TO EVERYONE!!

We had the best time in Aruba and Lori was instrumental in guiding my wife and I along. Lori helped us pick a great hotel in a prime location and was always there to help with my questions. Everything from a hotel transfer to unlimited food and drink were provided so we had a care free vacation. We used one of her restaurant recommendations to eat out for my wife's birthday and we were very satisfied. Lori even saved the day when I accidentally switched our seats on the plane and the airline carrier was unwilling to switch them back unless we paid $70 / seat.
