Another great vacation in the sun ??
Sheila helped us book our most recent trip to Playa Mujeres, Mexico as well as vacations to Punta Cana and Jamaica over the last few years. She is available for a phone call, text or email any time, and is very understanding if we have questions or concerns. She has helped us book private transfers which we've totally enjoyed. 40th birthday/20 wedding anniversary
Shelia made our entire vacation experience absolutely unforgettable. From the very beginning, she went above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect, and it truly showed.
She helped us book what can only be described as the vacation of a lifetime to Jamaica. We stayed at Princess Senses Mangrove in a platinum swim-out beachfront suite, and every part of the experience exceeded our expectations. Having two butlers was such a special touch, and the level of service, the food, the people, and the breathtaking location were all simply incredible.
Shelia also arranged private transfers to and from the airport, which made everything seamless and stress-free. One of the best recommendations she gave us was the MoBay service for both arrival and departure — it is an absolute must and made traveling so much smoother.
Her knowledge, attention to detail, and dedication to creating the perfect trip really stood out. She took the time to understand what we wanted and delivered something even better than we imagined. Thanks to Shelia, our special occasion turned into a truly memorable and stress-free experience.

Relaxing holiday in DR
We were looking for a great beach vacation... with some golf and spa options. Working with Sheila was a breeze and she had great knowledge about the areas we were interested in and gave us so many great tips on how to get the most out of our vacation. Family Cruise 2025
We experienced a few hiccups during our cruise with Norwegian. Delayed flights and lost luggage. Sheila was able to reroute us..... so we were able to get to the ship on time. Also, was able to track down our bag and have it shipped home. Pretty sure we would still be waiting for our bag if she didn't get involved. Thanks Sheila

The Best time in Europe!!
Sheila was very helpful in finding my husband and I a great price and set of inclusions in Europe for our anniversary. She gave us a lot of options and we went with Italy Express trip to visit 3 cities. The pricing was incredible and she also created a page for us with so much information of places to visit, where to eat, etc. She checked in with us before leaving to remind us of important information and to answer any questions we had. She checked our flights and had back up plans if something came up. Sheila checked on us while away to ensure we were having a great trip. I would highly recommend Sheila, she is so friendly, kind and ensures you have a wonderful care free trip!

Worry Free Travel Booking
Sheila has helped us book 2 wonderful vacations so far. We appreciate her knowledge and the speed with which she replies to emails. She helps make our vacation stress free! We had a last minute glitch where one of our companions didn’t notice that her name was spelled wrong. It was almost 9pm the night before our flight. Best small group tour . Culinary

Amazing trip south
Sheila is great to deal with. She continued to watch for a good price for my family and I and messaged right away once she found a deal! I’m only able to travel March break so the deal she found was amazing! She also knew we wanted direct and was able to find it as well. She always goes above and beyond by checking in to make sure I have filled out everything and telling me to have a great trip. She also gave me tips on places to visit and also what spots my kids would love. And she wasn’t wrong :) She even checked in while away to make sure I checked the return flight transfer pick up times. I would highly recommend her!!

Fantastic trip with my sisters and families!

Spectacular Trip
Our experience with Sheila was excellent. She was very informative from the very beginning of our trip planning. I usually do not make quick decisions, but found that Sheila was so helpful and informative, that there were no questions left unanswered. She was even available while we were on our vacation. Sheila helped to arrange a little surprise at the resort for my husband's birthday. Although, things did not play out as they were supposed to, Sheila provided information from the contact she was dealing with so that I could follow up. Sheila had gone above and beyond to make the birthday a little more special. The resort had overlooked some of this information, but this was no fault of Sheila. All in all, things worked out, but in a different way. Thank you Sheila for all of your efforts! We very much appreciated your assistance in every part of our trip. I have already recommended her to a few of my family and friends and would not hesitate to use her services again.

Cuba trip
Sheila was great, during a flight delay, she worked very hard and quickly to find alternatives. After travel, she helped me submit some forms for compensation, which u<br/>I wouldn't of known about with her.

Our First Cruise
Sheila is a great agent to work with. She always has time for even the craziest questions. She is very knowledgeable in all aspect of travel, be it cruise or destination, and she definitely knows about the places she is sending her clients! After we booked our cruise with Sheila, we booked our yearly Dominican trip with her! That was a huge step and leap of faith, as we have used our previous agent for 7 years! There are never weekends with Sheila! She is always available and we certainly appreciated all of her assistance! I would recommend Sheila to anyone looking for a caring, knowledgeable agent! Loved our Jamaica all inclusive vacation!

Exceeded Expectations
Sheila was so helpful to us planning our first cruise. The tips she gave proved to be invaluable as they saved us time and got us exactly the vacation we were looking for. Sheila was always available and went above and beyond to make sure we had a fantastic vacation. Highly recommend!

Cruise
Sheila , we found in Facebook as with bit getting answers with our previous travel agent I sent Sheila a message, probably drove her crazy.. she went above and beyond to find a resort for us and within our budget ! She answers every single message or email, and soooo fast !!!! She has found the perfect cruise for us next year , and also made sure that we are in the best balcony to see the beautiful ports of call , we have been on 26 cruises and never ever had been told what side to book ! She has won us , we are going to have her for life !!! She sent messages before our resort trip , during and after !!! She even se t me a Happy Mother’s Day message ! Amazing amazing travel agent !

A trip to remember 🌴🌴
Excellent! I didn't have any experience with travel and hit the web to find some help, I happened to come across Sheila's Facebook page and asked some questions . She ended up finding us a great deal !!! For the first time as a family of four we were able to book a bucket list vacation. She was there every step of the way and made sure our entire week went off without a hitch! She will be our go too for any future vacations!!

Beautiful week at an awesome resort!
Sheila made booking our trip very easy ! She was always available either by phone, messenger, email or text. She made sure we were completely prepared for our vacation, answered all of our questions, sent us vacation check lists and reminders, and even stayed in touch while we were on our trip ! She even checked the weather for our flight home! It seems she truly cares about her clients! I wouldn't hesitate to contact her again to book another trip !

Much needed Last minute trip

Best mother/daughter trip thanks to sheila.
Sheila is an amazing travel agent. She is very professional, patient, kind and will ensure your vacation is a memorable one. Awesome trip to Florida!
She is amazing!!! Our flight got cancelled before we even left for our trip and she was on it! She found us another flight very fast! She knows all the ins and outs and even called us to wish us a great trip the day before we left! Will definitely book with her again!

We had an amazing trip!!
Sheila was amazing from trying to decide where to go until we got back home. She had us use an app and put all our details on the app. She even updated it with the information we received once we got in Greece. She let us know that we could call at any time if there were issues, and I believed she truly meant it. Our experience with Sheila has been so great that I’m sure I will use her to help with my next trip!! Thanks for your help Sheila!

Amazing experience
This is my second trip I have booked with Sheila and have never met her in person. She feels like a friend. She gets back to you promptly with any of your concerns or questions. When I booked a different resort that I really didn't want and when the resort that I wanted came up She did everything she could to help us switch. My mom had an amazing birthday trip because of Sheila. I feel i will never use another travel agent besides Sheila

An experience

Fabulous trip to Disney!
Sheila is amazing!! I will never go with another travel agent again. She goes above and beyond to ensure your trip is successful and not stressful. She double checks that flights are running smoothly, makes sure you have all of the information you need and gives you back up plans if needed! I had a wonderful family vacation at Disney thanks to her :)

Thankful and grateful we booked with Sheila
I would 100 percent refer Sheila to anyone.My family has used many travel.companys and none have come close to Sheila's professionalism.She is so detail oriented and knowledgeable.For months leading up to our trip 16 of us were informed constantly and questions answered is such a prompt manner.We ended up with a 23 hour delay.Sheila was working on her end tirelessly all night on our behalf.I will continue to book with Sheila as long as we travel.

A fantastic trip!
We had a great experience working with Sheila. I was very impressed with the personal service provided. Sheila checked in multiple times in the week or so leading up to our trip, making sure we had everything in order. I will definitely be working with Sheila in the future!

Sheila was amazing to work with and I would highly recommend her to anyone who wants to plan a trip anywhere!!! <br/>She went above and beyond to find me and my bestie the best deal on a last minute trip down south. Amazing Vacation
Sheila can best be described as the most amazing travel agent I have ever had the pleasure to work with. She was a guardian angel and treated us like VIP travellers from the moment we were interested in taking a trip to the moment we arrived home.<br/><br/>Sheila is evidently very passionate about her work and it comes out in all of her interactions. Excellent customer service
Sheila was extremely helpful from start to finish with our trip. She gave us lots of options will selecting our destination, provided packing lists, checked in while on vacation and helped when the air traffic controllers went on strike and our return flight was cancelled.

For a worry free vacation call Sheila

Quick last minute trip!
Sheila was absolutely amazing to have plan our trip. I honestly don’t think we ever waited a full five minutes for a reply at any given time from planning time to actual booking. Even after providing us great detailed email of documents required for traveling to Cuba, Sheila actually took time to fill out form with us over the phone. She followed up by message saying flight was in time and we were never forgotten even after we were in Cuba. The absolute best!!

As a young adult booking my own trip, I highly recommend Sheila for her expertise. With the current pandemic and rules constantly changing with Covid 19 - Sheila insured to keep me up to date along the way prior to the trip, along side letting us know about the flight status, insurance, forms and much more . Loved every moment
Sheila was highly recommended to me to explore possibilities of an all inclusive vacation during Covid time. Sheila offered a lot of reassurance and guidance while exploring my options as a solo traveler. Safety was a priority for her as well as receiving the best possible customer service. For the first in all of my travels my room was overlooking the ocean. Every morning I had the pleasure to have the view of the pristine Cayo Guillermo beach. Sheila walked me through every steps I needed to make in order to have a successful getaway! She stayed in touch with me up until I returned home. She was even aware of a delay in Toronto and communicated with me immediately to offer reassurance. Sheila is very dedicated to her clients. She has a checklist prepared to make sure everything is covered pre and post travel. Thank you again Sheila ??.

Dominican 50 th bday vacation
Shelia was amazing .. I’m so happy I found her she helped from day one going above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed for our trip .:<br/>While on vacation shelia checked in many times to make sure we were good . <br/>And also tried to talk me out of taking home a beautiful kitten <br/>I now consider shelia a friend <br/>I would recommend her for sure <br/>And will be only using shelia from now on when booking a vacation <br/>This was by far the most carefree vacation I’ve even had because of the amazing job shelia did thank you !!

Amazing first time in the Dominican!!
Sheila was very helpful and kind in the process of helping me plan and book my vacation! This was my first time planning a vacation for my boyfriend and I, and Sheila took away any worry’s that I had! She made everything so simple. Her communication was amazing! Whether it was phone calls or emails, she was on it! Any question I had she answered it and more.
