Hi Mike,<br/>Our trip to Ireland was great. As you know, Ireland is a wonderful place. We enjoyed many beautiful sights, exhibits and museums. We spent time walking around touristy areas as well as non- touristy neighborhoods and loved them all.<br/> <br/>I especially want to thank you for your suggestion for me to purchase additional car insurance to cover the wheels, mirrors and glass. While filing out the paperwork, I listened to several Hertz employees tell costumers that the extra insurance was available, but “not really necessary”. Once on the roads, it was very obvious that the extra insurance is important! And, by the way, to my relief, the inspector upon my returning the car did not mention the new scratches, and neither did I!! <br/> <br/>The first Hotel we stayed in, the Granville Hotel, was lovely. We are so glad that we chose to work with Mike SantaLucia to help us plan our honeymoon. Every single detail was taken care of for us, all we had to do was give our input on where we wanted to go and what we wanted to do. Mike set us up with a beautiful all inclusive resort that was perfect for a honeymoon. We picked out all our excursions ahead of time, and by experiencing them himself, Mike recommended we change one of excursions and we are so glad we did. He recommended that we go to an adventure park where we could go horseback riding, zip lining, tubing and experience hot springs. It was so amazing to us that our travel agent would reach out to us and guide us with picking excursions that we would enjoy. Mike and Kelly SantaLucia helped with our Southern Caribbean cruise from inception to finish. They booked our trip for a group of 14 ensuring we all have cabins in close proximity. A trip to Italy has occupied the first place on my bucket list for quite some time. I can now check it off as it occurred in May 2017. I am astonished at the itinerary that Mike assembled for our trip. To say the least it was fantastic. Every detail was thought out and included. From the prebooked taxi upon arrival in Rome to the booked water taxi in Venice to take us to the airport for our flight home. Each hotel was wonderful-in Rome steps from The Spanish Steps, in Florence just down the street from the Duomo, the hotel in Lake Como on the lake and finally the Venetian hotel sitting directly on the Grand Canal. Even the prebooked English speaking tours were easy with guides that certainly knew what they talked about. Plus he gave us enough time to rest and do dome exploring on our own. My husband and I sailed on the Pride of America on May 23-30, 2015. Our travel agent, Mike St. Lucia, went above and beyond to make my husband's first cruise unforgettable! To start with, Mike was responsive to all of our email inquiries. He even called us to discuss issues, and our time zone is 16 hours ahead of his (we live on Guam currently). We arrived to our cabin room surprise Bon Voyage package set up by Mike himself. When Mike found out my husband has a severe shellfish allergy, he again went above and beyond to link us up with the cruise Hotel Director, who went out of his way to ensure there was no cross contamination.
