Wonderful visit to Ireland
Hi Mike,<br/>Our trip to Ireland was great. As you know, Ireland is a wonderful place. We enjoyed many beautiful sights, exhibits and museums. We spent time walking around touristy areas as well as non- touristy neighborhoods and loved them all.<br/> <br/>I especially want to thank you for your suggestion for me to purchase additional car insurance to cover the wheels, mirrors and glass. While filing out the paperwork, I listened to several Hertz employees tell costumers that the extra insurance was available, but “not really necessary”. Once on the roads, it was very obvious that the extra insurance is important! And, by the way, to my relief, the inspector upon my returning the car did not mention the new scratches, and neither did I!! <br/> <br/>The first Hotel we stayed in, the Granville Hotel, was lovely. Everything about it was wonderful. The room was pretty, comfortable and the hotel restaurant pub was equally lovely and the food was great. All the staff was eager to do anything to make our

knows cruise industry inside out, and lots of tricks to make my experience the best!
I cant say enough good things about SantaLucia travel. Mike will bend over backwords to get thing done and knows his business better than any agent I have ever dealt with (any I travel A LOT, and have very high standards!). Mike even took time away from this years Suberbowl to ensure I could get in on a cruise special that was expiring that night! Mikes customer service and travel knowledge is truly outstanding!!! He works very hard at what he does, and is very dedicated!!

BEST TRIP EVER!!
We are so glad that we chose to work with Mike SantaLucia to help us plan our honeymoon. Every single detail was taken care of for us, all we had to do was give our input on where we wanted to go and what we wanted to do. Mike set us up with a beautiful all inclusive resort that was perfect for a honeymoon. We picked out all our excursions ahead of time, and by experiencing them himself, Mike recommended we change one of excursions and we are so glad we did. He recommended that we go to an adventure park where we could go horseback riding, zip lining, tubing and experience hot springs. It was so amazing to us that our travel agent would reach out to us and guide us with picking excursions that we would enjoy. I think we underestimated how great it was that everything was done for us. It made our honeymoon so enjoyable that we didn't have to worry about planning trips or rides. We highly recommend working with Mike SantaLucia.

The Easiest Honeymoon Ever!
He took care of our every needs and concerns in record timing. I never felt like a burden, he always made us feel like his top priority! Also, he just knows everything. You won't find a better company to plan your trip, these people truly care about their clients. Go for it!!

Feeling On Top of the World Down Under
Mike & Kelly SantaLucia did a great job getting us a nice stateroom on a high demand cruise ship that was full and surprised us with some beautiful anniversary gifts onboard when we got on the ship.

Best Travel Professionals
Mike and Kelly SantaLucia helped with our Southern Caribbean cruise from inception to finish. They booked our trip for a group of 14 ensuring we all have cabins in close proximity. When we ran into some difficulties they were right there to assist us and any questions we had were graciously answered quickly ( despite the fact that many were repetitious due to size of group). They suggested worthwhile excursions, made our dinner reservations and even met us in San Juan before we sailed and showed us the sights. They had helped us have a wonderful Hawaiian cruise a few years ago. I can not say enough about their dedication and assistance. I would highly recommend them for any travel plans you may have and will definitely use them for any future travel!

Attention to all details
Mike was a true pleasure to work with. This was a large trip, including a land stay, a cruise, multiple rental cars, and multiple excursions. Great Expierence
My wife and I were blown away with the concern an helpfullness of Mike & Kelly. They went well above and beyond to make sure we were enjoying our trip. Perfect Family Vacation
Our family had a vacation that we will always remember because of Mike’s knowledge and dedication to making this such a special trip! He went above and beyond in finding just the right resort for our big family that would enable us to all be together and maximize our experience in Disney World. I had no worries because he had everything organized and was always available whenever we had questions. He made all the reservations for us, getting up early to make sure we were able to have the experience we wanted. He even assisted us with the technology piece associated with a Disney trip. I’m not the most tech savvy, but I didn’t need to be because he took care of it. We all had such an amazing time together and I wouldn’t have been possible with Mike SantaLucia. I really can’t recommend him enough! His kindness, professionalism, knowledge, and dedication are unmatched!

I've used SantaLucia Travel for all of my travel needs for several years now and couldn't be happier. As a busy medical professional, I truly appreciate the expert service Mike provides and the significant time he saves me. Mike has expertly guided me on incredible, well planned vacations over the years to exotic locations such as Argentina/Patagonia, South Africa, Thailand, Australia/New Zealand, Costa Rica, Alaska, etc. I find I get the same expert service even for more "simple" trips. Straightforward and simple
Everything was so easy, in basically 3 days the whole trip was planned and deposits were sent. He was very quick to respond with and questions and checked in on us midway through our trip.

Solid & straightforward experience!
So, so easy to work with! Mike & Kelly bent over backwards to make the trip for our parents so memorable! They found a GREAT deal, and followed it up with insider tips on how to maximize the experience. They weren't pushy at all. Simply wanted to help us find something within our budget and interests. Safari bucket list trip
Mike has been my go-to for several years when it comes to booking trips, whether as a solo traveler or with my husband or friends. He and his wife Kelly are very thorough and detailed oriented...and patient...when handling my arrangements. I often find what I think is the perfect trip/itinerary/tour company and Mike handles the booking expertly...but several times he's reached out to me with other alternate recommendations he's found (based on what I asked him to book) that are a FAR BETTER choice than what I was looking at. I have never been disappointed when following his recommendations and have had a better trip for it!

Wonderful Experience!
Mike was very knowledgeable and through throughout the entire planning process. It was nice to know that we could trust Mike to not only schedule everything for us, but also constantly offer a variety of options for each aspect of our trip. The most stressful trip of our lives!
Mike is terrific! Our family recently traveled to St. Kitts at the beginning of the Coronavirus outbreak in the US. When we left, the risk for travel was Level 1. Five days later, the travel risk had escalated to Level 4 and the US government had issued a warning for all international travelers to return to the US immediately. Mike reached out to us immediately with options to get home. He helped us book tickets on the next available flight out and made sure we had all the information needed to get through customs as smoothly as possible. He checked in at each leg of the trip home to make sure there were no hiccups. Mike helped make an extremely stressful situation with very anxious travelers much easier. Mike is more than an excellent travel agent, he is an individual who truly cares about his clients, their safety and overall experience. Thank you, Mike!

A trip to be remembered!
Mike (and wife Kelly) have worked with us and our travel group of at least 8 people for several years. They both take a great deal of time to offer suggestions, tips, excursions not to miss and highlights that should not be overlooked on our trips. They take care of every detail from flights, to accommodations, restaurant reservations, and in some cases actually joined our group providing guided tours of regions while imparting valuable knowledge and historical details of those areas. Both Mike and Kelly are relaxed and work tirelessly to meet your expectations. They keep in close touch prior to, during and after your trip to ensue your travel met your expectations. Should there be the occasional snafu, they work tirelessly to resolve the situation swiftly. I would highly recommend Mike and Kelly to anyone planning a trip in the near offing.<br/>

Family Trip to Italy
Mike is extremely organized and thorough in planning trips for us. Every detail is taken care of which is great because it eliminates a lot of hassle that would happen if we tried to do this ourselves. For example, on our recent trip to Italy, when visiting Venice, he arranged a guide to meet us at the train station and take us to the water taxi which took us to our hotel. We had never been to Venice before so we had no idea we even needed to get a water taxi. We would have wasted a couple of hours sorting that all out. Instead, we got to do an extra tour of a site we had really wanted to see which was a way better use of our time and money!! It truly is a pleasure to work with Mike SantaLucia; and, I recommend him without any reservations at all.

Bringing in the New Year, Jamaican style!
Mike helped us plan our New Year's trip to Jamaica. He gave us excellent recommendations for hotels and excursions. He was knowledgeable and thorough in his service. He went above and beyond to ensure that we were happy and well taken care of. My dream
A trip to Italy has occupied the first place on my bucket list for quite some time. I can now check it off as it occurred in May 2017. I am astonished at the itinerary that Mike assembled for our trip. To say the least it was fantastic. Every detail was thought out and included. From the prebooked taxi upon arrival in Rome to the booked water taxi in Venice to take us to the airport for our flight home. Each hotel was wonderful-in Rome steps from The Spanish Steps, in Florence just down the street from the Duomo, the hotel in Lake Como on the lake and finally the Venetian hotel sitting directly on the Grand Canal. Even the prebooked English speaking tours were easy with guides that certainly knew what they talked about. Plus he gave us enough time to rest and do dome exploring on our own. I cannot thank Mike and Kelly for their expertise in the planning of this trip.

Mike the Miracle Worker
My husband and I sailed on the Pride of America on May 23-30, 2015. Our travel agent, Mike St. Lucia, went above and beyond to make my husband's first cruise unforgettable! To start with, Mike was responsive to all of our email inquiries. He even called us to discuss issues, and our time zone is 16 hours ahead of his (we live on Guam currently). We arrived to our cabin room surprise Bon Voyage package set up by Mike himself. When Mike found out my husband has a severe shellfish allergy, he again went above and beyond to link us up with the cruise Hotel Director, who went out of his way to ensure there was no cross contamination.
I highly recommend working with Mike as he is friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He informed us of excursions and advised us about how to get the most bang for our buck!
I will use Mike and St. Lucia travel for ALL of my vacation needs.

SantaLucia made my 2 week vaca headache free!!!!
Great experience with this agent. Mike was recommended & I am so glad I used this agency. Spent two active weeks in Hawaii, both land & cruise, with a lot to plan for, airfare, hotel, cruise accommodation, cars, transfers, and most importantly what fun stuff to do. They took care of everything and made sure all the details, big & small were covered. He was very responsive to all our questions & concerns throughout the planning. This is an agency that I would most certainly call upon again for my next trip.

Group vacations made easy!!

He made the stress of international travel STRESSFREE!!
I was super stressed with planning an international trip for myself and my 3 kids (11,11,12) with simply all the unknowns. I was worried I would be scammed by an online vacation retailer but Mike was able reserve the same deals with trip insurance, all the transfers as well as excursions for us before we even left the US. He was responsive and knowledgeable with recommendations on appropriate excursions for my family. Best vacation planner ever! I will definitely use him again!
