Janet helped us arrange a combination business/pleasure trip to the UK. This wasn't a simple task because she also helped 6 other people from various parts of the US meet us in Edinburgh. She designed an itinerary that enabled us to see so much in a short time. All air and ground transportation was arranged and "spot on". Hotels were lovely. We especially appreciated the location of our hotel in London's Westminster district. Usually I do my own flight and hotel booking when we travel abroad, but with our group so spread out I needed help. I never would have chosen the St. Ermins Hotel in London, but we found is great for walks in St. James Park, and to the Thames by way of Parliament.
