Spain
My daughter and I spent two weeks exploring Spain. We didn't want to be part of a tour, but rather wanted to explore the country on our own. Janet's help in planning our itinerary was invaluable!! We made our way from Barcelona to Seville by train, rented a car, and then drove to Granada and Madrid. Janet made wonderful suggestions regarding modes of transpiration, hotels, sights to see, etc... Janet promptly and efficiently answered all our questions, and was always pleasant and consiterate. I have recommended her to many family and friends, who also have loved her. Janet has helped me plan many trips, and I will never consider using another travel agent!!

Loved seeing Canada this way.
We took the coast to coast Vacations on Rails trip across Canada. Our tour director was excellent and we got to see so much by doing the trip on the trains. Thanks Janet for our extra spending money as you do on our cruises too. Janet has been our go to travel agent for years and we have taken unforgettable trips with expert advice and itineraries.

59th reunion in Italy

WONDERFUL GUIDANCE FROM TRAVEL AGENT
There was a lot of planning that needed to be done for our Mediterranean trip which included cruise and land. Traveling to a foreign country can be intimidating, but planning and guidance from Janet Clarke made it a breeze. She also got us a great price!

Great Trip on the Rhine with Avalon!

Wonderful trip to Greece and Italy.
Janet has planned several trips abroad for us. She is knowledgeable, skilled, knows the areas (often from first hand experience from her own journeys) and is extremely punctual. If she says it will be taken care of, she takes care of it that day.

This was the trip we wanted -- and it was perfect!
Janet knows her stuff! We had superb accommodations and tours. She cheerfully made changes in our itinerary (back and forth), advised us as to what would work best and made great suggestions. She works quickly and everything is correct. Janet has planned trips for us before, and we know from past experience that when an unexpected problem arises, she is right there to fix it.

Amazing trip!!!!

Janet made planning for France fun.
As we planned our first trip to France, Janet Clarke took care of every detail, including things I would never have thought of. She made it a joy to travel, stay in Paris, visit museums, choose cruise line and know what to expect as we moved from our well located Paris hotel to the Viking River Cruise. Wherever we go, Janet will be our first call.
Think you can plan a trip by computer? I thought so too, but Janet Clarke made me realize the benefits of having an excellent travel agent.

Personal attention and great follow through
I have used Janet for business and personal travel for 4 years. Fun in Ireland
Janet was so helpful. She listed to our desires of cities to visit, accommodation needs, places of interest, etc. made many suggestions of her own and worked with us to plan a great trip to Ireland. The bnbs and hotels she suggested were all winners as were the tours we chose to go on. Not being big travelers we had a million questions and she answered all of them, helping us to prepare before the trip and during the trip (tipping, currency, customs, etc)<br/>

Disney Expert!
We planned a Disney Aulani Resort family vacation with Janet, and she made it as easy as 1-2-3! There are a lot of inside tips to know about the Disney Aulani Resort in Oahu, HI, & we had them all thanks to Janet! First time client--She got it right!
Janet helped us arrange a combination business/pleasure trip to the UK. This wasn't a simple task because she also helped 6 other people from various parts of the US meet us in Edinburgh. She designed an itinerary that enabled us to see so much in a short time. All air and ground transportation was arranged and "spot on". Hotels were lovely. We especially appreciated the location of our hotel in London's Westminster district. Usually I do my own flight and hotel booking when we travel abroad, but with our group so spread out I needed help. I never would have chosen the St. Ermins Hotel in London, but we found is great for walks in St. James Park, and to the Thames by way of Parliament.
Janet is a delight to work with; she is prompt, attentive, and flexible.

We were so blessed to have Janet make our travel arrangements for us. She was on top of everything. When we had a few problems arise with our airline tickets she fought for us and we ended up with better flights and seats than before! Very helpful
Janet helped us cancel a trip when we found out that we would miss the birth of our first grandchild. Without her help, we would have lost a ton of money. Then, a year later, we rebooked and got the rest of our money back. The trip was wonderful. Her recommendations of cruise line, hotels before and after, even cabin selection were superb. Everything was perfect
Janet was awesome in coordinating all of the details for our recent trip to the Eastern Mediterranean from booking airfare, transportation and hotels! Janet also booked our trip to Sandals in the Bahamas in 2013. Everything for that trip was also extraordinary!
