Booked two great trips!
Brook is fantastic to work with. She understood my needs immediately and was very helpful in the trip booking process. I've used her twice so far and both booking processes have exceeded my expectations. She was able to get me a better rate than any of the other travel sites I used and she was also able to get me a single rate on a couples room. That saved me a lot of money so it was fantastic!

Amazing trip to Greece!
Brook made everything super easy for our recent trip to Greece!! I usually plan all of our vacations but was hesitant being my first time in Europe. She booked everything except flights (my request). Transfers were amazing and we felt like royalty.

Best Honeymoon
Brook has been amazing with helping my husband I plan our dream honeymoon. We knew that an "adults only" resort was our idea for romance, but we didn't know where to start. We both have very busy schedules, so planning a dream vacation was difficult. Thankfully, Brook was able to assist every step of the way. This includes finding the best resorts, flights; and even preparing us with documents/checklist for a trip out of the country. We absolutely couldn't have done this without her expertise and we had the best honeymoon every! I definitely will hire Brook again, and refer her to friends and family!

Wedding 2020
I don’t have all the right words to say that would reflect the value and service provided by Brook. She was patient, comforting, detailed, flexible, adaptable and very supportive! Something every bride, especially during COVID, should experience. I am pretty certain Brook exceeded any expectations and did it gracefully. We are so glad we found Brook.

The trip of a lifetime!
She took the challenge on of putting together a two week- five star dream trip for us in Paris and London. Brook has always been very prompt in returning my calls from day one. Our dreams came true!
Brooke was very professional and very helpful in finding the perfect tour of Scotland for us. She worked with the Tour Company in arranging transfers from airports to hotels and back. We will definitely be using her expertise again in the future.

Awesome Vacation!
Couldn't have a had a better time planning a vacation than we did with Brook! <br/><br/>She was always available to answer all of our questions, as well as answer questions we didn't even know we needed to ask. She shared with us all of the tips and tricks for our Sandals vacation, found us great deals, and even set us up with a concierge service when we arrived at the airport. She kept in touch with us in the months leading up to our vacation date, kept us on track for any travel documents that were needed, checked in with us to make sure we arrived and everything was what we were expecting, and even checked in to make sure we made it home and had a great time.<br/><br/>Short and simple? BROOK IS AMAZING! We are currently planning 3 more vacations with TripBoutiq.<br/><br/>You can tell that Brook truly has a passion not only for travel but for helping others have amazing and carefree vacations as well.

Loving the Mediterranean!!!

Son's College Graduation Trip To Remember
We have been working with Brook to plan our family vacations for at least 9 years and I wouldn't dream of traveling without consulting her. The most amazing trip!
Brook was amazing to work with. She was very timely in getting back quotes on a variety of different places for our honeymoon. Great trip
I traveled to France with a group of friends from the US. I was the only person traveling from outside the US. Brook and the team were super supportive and helpful through the entire booking process and even while on the trip. Very thankful for their support to make the process seamless and easy.

the best assistance you'll ever need (just in case!)
Brook and Simon were responsive, helpful and ready to assist at any moment. Friends in our group had multiple flights cancel; but not a problem, Brook and Simon took care of it very quickly and were able to rebook them on earlier, more convenient flights. The hotel recommendations were perfect, and we never would have found them on our own. Their assistance ensured we will always check with Brook and Simon before any travel for booking and recommendations.

Best Family Trip to Spain!
The trip was fantastic! Lots of traveling about but we had an aggressive agenda. Logistics went off without one hitch. Everyone really enjoyed the assorted tours we did…something for everyone. The food was awesome, tapas and other food simply fantastic and very reasonable. The breakfast treats were incredible and so unique compared to here.
So glad we went the high speed rail. 200mph and you couldn’t feel a thing. Great room in the seats and easy on/off. Hotels worked out very well and were nice.
You guys did a great job putting this trip together and on short notice! Excellent job!! We loved the whole trip and so nice to not have to figure it out but know that the arrangements will be great and dependable.

Amazing trip to Portugal

The Best Anniversary Trip!
We loved absolutely everything about this trip!! We had champagne at every place we stayed and loved the itinerary you planned for us. It was so fantastic and we felt luxuriously spoiled. It was everything we hoped for and then some!! We made so many wonderful memories for our 25th anniversary!! The spoiling made it very hard to return to real life in Texas! Once we returned, I kept thinking, where is my fabulous breakfast and espresso and champagne?!
We discovered that we both love history so all the tours that you booked for us were amazing with amazing tour guides. We loved that we didn't have to think about or plan anything, just wake up and do what you designed. You gave us enough to do without feeling overloaded with too many things. You couldn't have done a better job. We also got super lucky with the weather. May is the perfect month to go and even then, the temps were a little below normal, so we thoroughly enjoyed the ability to do things throughout the day without feeling hot. The warmest place was Lisbon and it was later in our trip but even that was pleasant.
We loved all the hotels - our favorite was Hotel Fenix in Madrid. They upgraded us because of our anniversary (I don't know if you recommended that to them) so we had access to the VIP lounge with fabulous breakfast and snacks and cocktails in the evening. That was ah-maze-ing!!
We loved staying at the Hotel Alhambra Palace because of the architecture and relationship to the restoration of Alhambra.
The trip was a 10 out of 10!
Thank you so much for making our anniversary so special!! You're the best!!

The Best Italy Trip!
We had the most amazing experience working with Brook! She helped us plan an unforgettable trip to Italy, coordinating every detail from private car transfers to guided tours and securing the most incredible hotel in Sorrento. Incredible Italian Honeymoon!
Brook helped me and my husband plan our Italian honeymoon, and we would 12/10 recommend her services. She does charge a small fee in contrast to many other travel agents, but I promise she is worth it (and, honestly, a drop in the bucket of our budget). We started planning a little less than a year in advance and all the nitty gritty was handled by her - hotel reservations, airport pickups, travel between hotels, excursions, etc. She offered multiple price points for hotels (i.e. based on your budget here is the top choice, for $X more you can upgrade to this, or you can save $X with another choice) which I REALLY appreciated. She provides an interactive app for use during the trip with all of the necessary documents and contracts saved, plus we could edit it to include any dinner reservations or last minute experiences we booked. We even ultimately had a travel hiccup and needed to adjust our pickup time from the airport, which she handled on our behalf. We will definitely be using Brook's services again in the future! London, UK - 2025!!!
Our trip to London in January 2025 was absolutely amazing, thanks to our fantastic travel agent, Brook! Everything was perfectly coordinated, from our stay at the beautiful Montague hotel to our well-planned itinerary. We explored iconic sites like the Tower of London, Westminster Abbey, Windsor Castle and the breathtaking Stonehenge. The British Museum and Natural History Museum were fascinating, and visiting the Globe Theatre was a dream come true. A ride on the London Eye gave us stunning city views. Every detail was seamless, making for an unforgettable experience. I highly recommend Brook for a stress-free and well-organized adventure!

Our trip was one that we will never forget!
It was a great experience working with Brook to plan a special trip for my daughter's 16th birthday. We had an initial call to discuss our desires and budget and she quickly came back with multiple options that met our stated criteria. She listened, always followed up, communicated clearly, and even proactively capitalized on opportunities to save us money and maximize our investment in the vacation. 40th Birthday Bash
Once again Brook has exceeded all my expectations and helped us plan an amazing vacation! I reached out to her to help plan a group vacation to Sandals to celebrate my husbands 40th birthday. She not only helped my husband and I secure a great room, but was also helping 4 other couples with reservations and questions they had. My favorite part was the private cocktail party and dinner Brook helped me set up for the 10 people in our group. Travel with ease
Brook is super easy to work with and is a great communicator. We have used her services for a trip to Italy in June 2022, but also for trips to St. Lucia, London, Paris, Rome and Positano. She listens to what we are interested in doing and then creates an affordable and fun experience. All of the boutique hotels have been clean, charming and affordable. Even when we splurged on a hotel in Positano, it felt like we got exactly what we hoped for if not more in the experience. She handles private transfers to make the travel part easier especially in big cities where the driving can be stressful. She also provides a detailed itinerary. Her new online feature of organizing tickets was awesome on this last trip. One place for all our QR codes and tickets. She has personal experience with most of the places we have already visited and those that are on our future lists. That personal experience really helps in deciding itineraries. She's the best!

A Wedding to Remember
Brook helped coordinate our destination wedding at Sandals in Ocho Rios, Jamaica. I know she has several clients but we always felt like her only clients. She’s very thorough and even provided me with a bride’s destination wedding check list. She never missed an email, text or call. We had family & friends traveling from multiple states to join us. It’s been a month since our wedding and our guests are still raving at Brook’s professionalism and how personable she was. This was our first time booking with Brook but it won’t be our last.

Brook, Thank you so much for your care and detail throughout the whole process for our trip to Italy. The hotels you picked were fantastic . All rooms had double beds, were quiet,and beautiful. Great locations as well. <br/><br/>The driver you scheduled in Rome that picked us up from the airport was on time and such a delight. <br/><br/> <br/><br/>One morning we took a morning walk through the lovely town of Moltrasio where you booked our hotel. Discovering the waterfall in the middle of the village was a wonderful treat. Beautiful views as well. <br/><br/> <br/><br/> We had such a wonderful time on the wine tour that you choose and booked for us! The views were breathtaking, the wine was delicious, and the experience was unforgettable. The quaint medieval town was a fun stop to explore. We felt that not only did we get some great wine and food at the two wineries, but we were able to immerse in the Italian culture! I highly recommend this tour! I highly recommend your service!!!! The Trip of a Lifetime
Earlier this year I was planning a trip to Tuscany as a gift for my husband's 60th Birthday (along with 10 friends and family members). This celebration had to be perfect!! I began with the usual searches of AirBnB and Trip Advisor. Being in the travel industry I thought this would be easy. The more I searched the more I realized I was putting a lot of trust in the hands of online companies that did not care about this monumental occasion. A friend introduced me to Brook. I'm so glad she did! From start to finish Brook was extraordinary. Immediately she connected to my vision and desires. The first email she sent with possibilities contained the Villa we fell in love with! Even after the Villa was secured Brook helped with all the fine details of the birthday dinner, excursions, rental cars and travel insurance. In fact she was the first person I texted when we arrived at our gorgeous villa! Thanks to Brook we had the trip of a lifetime!!

I had specific requests for our trip and Brook came up with the perfect cruise. The ship she selected was wonderful. The transfers she set up were perfect. Brook got right back to me whenever I had a question. I would definitely recommend Brook as a travel agent.

Italy by train and boat.
Brook was fantastic to work with. She was patient as we made a number of changes. She booked everything from air travel to airport transfers to and from hotel. The tours she recommended were awesome. When our return flight was canceled she was quick to help find other options. We highly recommend her.

Mother/Daughter European Cruise
Brook was amazing to work with to plan my mother/daughter trip with my 17-year old. She recommended some great Mediterranean Cruise options and we picked a 7 day Celebrity Cruise that started in Barcelona and ended in Rome. Brook arranged for a private transfer from the airport to our hotel in Barcelona and even stepped in to help whenoura flight left 5 hours late. She also planned a tour and flamenco dance and dinner for our one night stay in Barcelona. I would recommend Brook to everyone and loved all of the tips she provided before our trip to get us ready.

Italy Made Easy
We have used Brook to schedule all our travel for years and years and there is no one better. During our recent trip to Italy, Brook guided us through all the Covid protocol which included getting our rapid tests. Brook’s great organization skills made our trip seamless regarding the airlines, transfers, hotels, trains and tours. All her suggestions were spot on and we had absolutely zero issues during the trip. I highly recommend Brook and her outstanding customer service.

Such a wonderful honeymoon!
Brook is an absolute treasure for any type of travel. We have used her services for both international and domestic travel and each time it has been a smooth and easy process. New Years Celebration!

Happy 30th Birthday trip

Brook was an amazing person to work with for my nephew's destination wedding. JUST WONDERFUL!!
My very first experience with TripBoutiq and it was JUST WONDERFUL! I had the pleasure of working with Brook Bramley and she was a Travel Angel. A God-Send! Everything went so smoothly. I was added as a guest to a wedding last minute and Brook to great care of everything almost seamlessly. My date and the best man of the wedding party was included in the wedding stay, but had not yet booked his flight so she found a way to place us on the same flight. All details and specifics were ironed out perfectly and I felt like I was born to take this trip! She followed up with me before the trip to ensure I'd printed out my itinerary and important documents as well as a trip tip sheet to ensure I had some of the essentials!!! I love Brook and TripBoutiq so much. I want the world to know it and I gladly recommend and refer to everyone I know. The BEST Wedding/Honeymoon!
I reached out to Brook with 8 months to plan and schedule a destination wedding in Mexico for March 2021 with an original guest count of 75 including children of all ages, which later turned into 50(due to the newest CDC travel guidelines coming out early 2021) so yes, A LOT of people to book rooms, airfare, transportation and excursions. I don't know how, but she did it and did it VERY WELL!! <br/><br/>Easy and timely communication, while keeping me up to date on changes/restrictions regarding COVID, made me feel at ease throughout the entire process, and allowed me to focus on wedding planning with my wedding planner through our resort. (Royalton Riviera Cancun)<br/><br/>She found the perfect Resorts for both our wedding and honeymoon (Atelier Playa Mujeres).<br/><br/>We're 100% satisfied with our choice to use Brook and cannot wait to book another trip with her so that all we have to do is have our passports ready and catch our flight, the rest will be taken care of:)

Best of Vietnam- Amazing trip, fantastic experienc
My experience with Brook was outstanding. When we put this trip together my family and I knew very little about Vietnam. Brook helped us to decide which places to go to in order to able to get the most out of our vacation. The itinerary she suggested was fantastic and we learned later during our trip that these were truly the most interesting places you can visit in Vietnam. While choosing different stops within Vietnam, Brooked recommended very interesting private tours - some of them were not very touristy but she knew we wanted to be exposed to the "true" culture and meet real people. All the tour guides we had were fun, very knowledgable and spoke fantastic english (which you can't take for granted when you travel these destinations). Book booked everything for us, airplane tickets, hotels, pick ups, tours etc. There was not a single thing we could complain about. Everything worked out extremely well. Best travel experience ever! I can highly recommend Brook.

New Christmas Tradition
2018 was a very stressful year for me so at the last minute I asked Brook to arrange a cruise over the Christmas holidays. She found the perfect cruise and we had a wonderful time cruising to Cozumel and Costa Maya. I love to entertain over the holidays but it was great to show up for dinner and not to have to clean up afterwards. Brook has planned our summer vacations for many years and it has been a pleasure working with her. She is efficient, reliable and pays much attention to detail. She goes over and above to make sure everything goes well. I look forward to working with Brook over the coming years to establish new traditions. Thanks Brook.

Best safari experience ever
We had once again the best experience with Brook Bramley. We travelled to Kenya and Tanzania. Brook was fantastic organizing the safaris at three different locations. All her recommendations, the accommodations itself, the guides, the food (I was kind of nervous about it) and everything was fantastic. This was a trip we will never forget and Brook made sure that we had the best vacation ever. This trip was far beyond our expectations. Thank you Brook Bramley for all you did.
