Truly a magical place
Our trip to Couples Tower was truly great. We loved the resort for how low key and private it felt - not being connected to other properties. The service was spectacular and a plus - was all of the available water activities, delicious food and restaurants. We went off the resort once to the well-known Bluehole first thing in the morning and we were the only customers there! Afterwards, we took a trip up the scenic Fern Gully road which was extremely beautiful. We drove into downtown Ocho Rios and enjoyed some local food before heading back. We would definitely recommend this location to any of your clients. <br/><br/>We really appreciate all of your effort in making this experience so easy and smooth. Wonderful Honeymoon
Heather was wonderful to work with! We had an idea of the kind of resort we wanted and the general area, and she was able to give us several options within our budget. Heather was amazing - she was able to get us a very last minute reservation so we could vacation with friends. She arranged all of the details on Thursday for a Saturday departure. She continued to work on getting us seats on the direct charter flight, and was successful at this without us even asking her to do this. She arranged a private transfer to the resort for the 4 of us, checked in to make sure that everything was up to our expectations, and kept in contact all week. Our flights to/from Poland went well and the Poznan Airport Hotel was an inexpensive 5-star place with the best ever free breakfast buffet. It was less than 2 blocks from the airport exit. Using the room phone once cost us $60 - no other "surprises"!

Bali and Lombok, Indonesia 2025
I am very happy I reached out to Heather. My husband and I thought Bali would be a great adventure to add to our travel list. It was quite the experience. The islands of Bali and Lombok are beautiful! Truly amazing. However, they are (Bali especially) VERY crowded. VERY busy. My phrase I use to describe them is, "overpopulated and underdeveloped." Lombok was much less busy. We were able to rent a car and go explore on our own more. We LOVED the quietness of Lombok. The mountains were beautiful and easy to explore by car. Waterfalls were amazing and uncrowned. Snorkeling was impressive (keep in mind the pollution problem Indonesia has though), reef fish of all kinds, we saw a sea turtle and a lion fish, and many other colorful types.
Without Heather's advice in planning our stays, transfers and guides, we would have been in trouble. She lined everything up for us and it was great. If you are looking for your first trip to Bali, I highly recommend reaching out to her for advice.

Amazing Stress Free Travel
Heather helped us plan our honeymoon, and we were blown away by how helpful and accommodating she was! We gave her such a vague idea of what we were looking for in a resort, and she almost immediately got back to us with a ton of amazing options. After that she helped us narrow it down and make the best decision for us. She helped us book excursions, she went out of her way to give us options for parking at the airport, she checked on us the morning we left and once we got to the resort, and she answered our call when we had a couple questions at the resort. Anniversary Trip

Perfectly Planned Anniversary Trip
We chose Heather for help planning our 5th Wedding Anniversary. We decided on Clearwater Beach Florida and it was a blast.
