We became clients of Amy's 5 years ago. She is always willing to help and takes as many insane questions (and I have lots) as I can email her! We are experienced cruises and know most everything, but Amy takes the time to go over everything step by step, and never makes us feel bad about going over it again! She works with are schedules and sometime stays late to accommodate us! We left a previous Travel Agent as the agent was never around and always too busy or just did not want to help us, but since being with Amy that all changed! I can drive her nuts, but she is always there for us! Smiling and telling us how great the vacation will be, she is a true gem!We became clients of Amy's 5 years ago.
