Everyone knows that Epcot® is an epic destination to learn about world cultures. With 11 national pavilions circling its 40-acre lake, you can hopscotch around the world in a single day, soaking in the country’s vibe and learning about its history.

Every fall, Epcot takes this spirit of cultural immersion to a whole new and delicious level by hosting the International Food & Wine Festival, included with your park admission. This popular festival combines authentic national cuisine, perfectly paired beverages and live entertainment during its two-months-plus engagement, giving you the chance to sample your way around the World Showcase and parts of Future World.

Simply put, there’s a lot to see, do and consume here. A great place to start is the 30 or so booths that focus on a particular country or region. Each booth sells different food and drinks, giving you a chance to try several different national delights—such as Grilled Sweet and Spicy Bush Berry Shrimp from Australia with hummus fries from Morocco and a Teriyaki Chicken Bun—all in one international meal.

Each booth also sells regional drinks that pair perfectly with the cuisine. Delivered in small portions like the food, drinks include beer flights from Belgium, a Brazilian Brut Rose, an enticing Sauvignon Blanc from New Zealand, and a Guinness and Baileys Shake from Ireland. Be sure to eat in-between drinks.
