Our small and eclectic group of travellers wanted a fairly specific itinerary, within a tight time frame with a couple of non-negotiable requests. We had approached another agent that was not able to accomodate us at all, and I was getting concerned about being able to put the trip together. As soon as we started talking to Michelle, everything got considerably easier, everything was able to be fit in and everything got booked. The visit when the documents were presented was detailed, organized, and informative, and once travelling, everything unfolded just as planned. Was fantastic.

We contacted Michelle to advise that we were interested in doing a transatlantic cruise. She found us a great deal on one particular cruise and booked everything for us including air and pre and post cruise hotels. Unfortunately the pandemic struck. Michelle kept in frequent contact with us to let us know what was going on. When the cruise was ultimately cancelled and then the flights she went to work to secure our refunds and cancel our hotel bookings. She has done all the work contacting the cruise line, airlines and travel insurance provider during a time when the wait times to speak to someone in these industries can be hours. Whenever we had a question she would answer us quickly and if she didn’t know the answer she would research and get right back to us. She definitely took the stress off of us having to deal with all of this. It was the pandemic that made us realize the importance of booking with a travel agent. We highly recommend Michelle for any travel.

Michelle was awesome to work with for my bucket list trip to Peru. She was very knowledgeable, patient and always responded quickly to any questions or concerns. While we were away she made sure to be available 24-7 if any problems arose. Michelle had previously travelled throughout Peru and knew the country very well. Because of that she was able to recommend some amazing places to see that I had never heard of before. As I saw, there is way more to Peru than just Lima and Machu Picchu. Michelle planned everything for the trip so that all we had to worry about while away was getting up and dressed. It was definitely the trip of a lifetime and I have Michelle to thank for this awesome experience. I hope to go back to Peru one day and explore more of the country and maybe revisit some of those really cool places I saw only because of Michelle’s recommendations.
