Absolutely takes care of you!
Two flight cancellations and an unexpected night at Atlanta Airport due to weather. Nobody could have foreseen this except Thomas. He warned me in advance, re-booked me and had a room waiting for me. He is incredible at his job. <br/>

Consistently excellent service for many years!
I've been working with Thomas for almost five years in planning both domestic and international trips with my wife and family. Perfect Execution yet again!
Our 6 week trip to Australia was perfect, thanks to Thomas! He listened to every little detail we wanted and had great insight into the country and sights. Thank you so much for warning us about the floods and helping us out in a pinch!

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
I was literally stuck in Santiago Chile for 4 days because the cheapest flight I could find was $1700 one-way to get back to the U.S. My friend recommended Thomas from trip concierge and he worked so hard to get me home and was SUCH a lifesaver. He somehow got me a direct flight home that was less than half the price of anything I could find myself. I never knew how valuable a travel agent could be. THANK YOU THOMAS!

Great for Groups
We planned a group trip with friends coming from all over the world. Not only did he find a resort in Mexico that we all loved, but then managed to get everyone to arrive at the same time!

If you are ever in need of someone to take care of your vacation planning, I highly recommend using Thomas Schneider and his team from Trip Concierge. He made our European Trip hassle free and worry free. Was in contact with me throughout our entire trip. He took care of airline checkins, notified hotel when we were delayed in Barcelona and we missed our connecting flight in ATL cause of delays in Paris, before we even landed, he had us booked in the next flight!!!!!<br/>Thank you. ?? for everything. <br/>I will definitely use your service again.
