Laura is the best!! It is wonderful to deal with one agent that knows exactly what airlines seats, hotels, cars and vacation destination we like so there are no surprises. Laura planned a fabulous trip for our family. We had the opportunity to visit Rome, Florence, Milan, the Tuscany countryside, Lake Como and Lugano, Switzerland. Every minute was well organized, fun and enjoyed by all. This isn't our first trip planned by Laura and definitely won't be our last!

My husband and I found working with Laura to be very easy. She listened well and patiently answered all of our ”first-time-traveler” questions. She consistently responded in a timely manner- even when we had to contact her from England due to a last minute change of plans. We are already working with Laura to plan our NEXT trip.
