She was diligent in finding the best fit for our vacation and took care of every detail including reminders involving passport renewal requirements and follow ups to ensure we had all necessary travel documents in order. She even shipped us our luggage tags to our home before our trip and then surprised us with birthday and anniversary sweet gestures during our cruise.
