Almost 20 years of being part of the Travel Industry....I knew I was exactly where I needed to be. I've had the opportunity to experience the wholesale end of Leisure Travel by working with multiple elite hotel brands such as Hyatt Hotels. I'm very familiar with the entire itinerary building process and all the hidden details that go along with it. I have facilitated training classes for new customer service travel representatives based on extensive hotel knowledge and most of all servicing every client's' needs. These experiences all linked to my one and only passion....Travel.
I an now an Independent Travel Consultant bringing all my knowledge and expertise directly to my clients. I believe and stand firmly by high standards of customer service. I have built my success strictly on nurturing the relationships of repeat customers and referrals. I continue to educate myself on upcoming programs and make my own leisure travel a priority. I specialize in Mexico and Caribbean, however I have planned many itineraries to Europe, Asia and the South West Pacific along with working with major Cruise Lines.
