Best Travel Agent Ever!
If you are thinking of hiring Rachel for your travel needs stop thinking about it and just do it!!! We found Rachel through our wedding planner. We are having a destination wedding and Rachel helped us find the perfect hotel for our room block on Oahu. She negotiated with the hotel and gave us a great number and a great contract. As time went on she kept checking in making sure we had sufficient rooms and our needs, questions and concerns where answered.<br/><br/>We loved her so much that we entrusted her with our honeymoon. We gave her a budget and places and she did her magic. Due to military timing we had to change the dates a few times and she never hesitated to make those changes. <br/><br/>I cannot rave about Rachel enough. She is very knowledgeable and quick to respond. She has replied to our emails and calls even while she’s on vacation and work trips. <br/><br/>We highly recommend Rachel Kerr. We will continue using her for all of our travel needs.

Spur of the moment spring break to get out of FL
Considering I gave Rachel less than 24 hours to plan and book this trip out of the country, she did amazing! Rachel gave me 4 choices all within budget. This included air fair, hotel and transfer/car. The hotel we choose was all inclusive and really nice and family friendly. Rachel provided me everything I needed to know and have to travel out of the US (my daughter who went with me has a different last name). With the time frame I gave Rachel, I got to have a relaxing and fun week in Cancun with my youngest!

Rachel planned our first Universal trip as a family of 5. We stayed at the Royal Pacific and loved it. She had an organized list of things to do in the parks and where to eat that helped us a lot when planning out our days. I would have been lost trying to learn everything without her help. Rachel is a superstar!
Rachel recently helped me plan a vacation to Disney World for myself and my children, their spouses and my grandchildren. There were 11 people total staying in 5 hotel rooms. There were a lot of logistics to work out such as transportation to and fro the airport for each party as well as securing a scooter for me to use while I was there. With Rachel's patient guidance, I was able to successfully book dinner reservations for each night we were there as well as Lightening Lane passes for each member of our party. Due to Rachel's thorough explanations of how everything works in the digital age and her expert guidance when we were trying to book Lightening Lane and dinner reservations, we had a seamless and wonderful vacation. I can highly recommend Rachel Kerr as a Disney Vacation planning superstar!

Rachel was an absolute pleasure to work with. She planned an all inclusive family trip and really listened to all of our needs while preparing our options. All inclusive resort hunting can get extremely overwhelming but Rachel narrowed it down to 3 options and helped us select the absolute best fit. Everything worked out great from coordinating flights from different cities, airport transfers to the hotel. We even experienced flight delays on the way home and Rachel was on standby to support if needed! Highly recommend Rachel. I’ve already referred to friends and family and will use her in the future!

Relaxing Adventure on a Remote Island
Rachel was awesome through the whole process. From when I first filled out the form online to when I returned from the trip, she was always available and timely in helping me even on the trip with a 4-hour time change when I had tours cancel. I appreciated how she met with me for an hour to get an understanding of what I was trying to do on my trip and then she made a great itinerary for the island. She also had great knowledge of the island of Kaua'i which was much appreciated as I was a solo traveler in Hawaii for the first time. The fact that she lived in Hawaii really shows and helps! I had an awesome vacation full of adventures through the jungle and also beach days. The tours she recommended and partners with were all amazing and you could tell she vetted them!

Working with Rachel was wonderful! Having her do all the real work and just us allowing us to show up was awesome, especially when you’re traveling internationally and are not familiar with what resources are reliable or what ones might scam or mislead you. The resort and premium room selection was great! We were greeted with a bottle of champagne and our room had a walk out patio straight to the pool and beach! The premium check in had an assortment of snacks,sandwiches and a full bar. We got 40% off of spa services in our package and my 2 kids and husband enjoyed pedicures. The kids had an adorable princess-themed kid’s spa area to themselves. My husband and I enjoyed free hydrotherapy that included a wet sauna, dry sauna, hot and cold therapy, aroma therapy showers and an outdoor hydrotherapy pool. We also both received massages that were so relaxing I wanted to fall asleep.<br/>All meals were included, even the premium restaurants and all premium alcohol.

Rachel Kerr was amazing. Rachel is great at feeling out your individual needs. She allowed us time to gather our thoughts and figure out exactly what we wanted. And then she stepped in and made it all a reality! I felt totally safe and secure the entire time. (When I usually travel, I need a vacation after my vacation to unwind from all of the stress of the trip.) I was not for a minute concerned that something would fall through or not go according to plan. Rachel checked in once or twice while we were on our trip to ensure things were going well. Again she knew what I needed! If there had been an issue she was ready to step up and save the day.

Rachel was amazing! She always is. While my travel companions switched things up on me daily Rachel was in my corner every step of the way. She made sure I would be on the trip of my dreams. The planning stage may have been a rollercoaster but the trip itself was smooth sailing. Rachel assisted me with everything from hotel, to tours, to day to day nuances, Rachel kept me comfortable and confident. Not only did she plan my trip flawlessly but she was my cheerleader when I needed it and kept all of the Covid craziness at a manageable level. <br/><br/>We are already planning my next trip!
