I can't speak highly enough about the quality of service Yvonne provided. We have been searching for years for a good travel agent, and Yvonne's professionalism, talent, and work ethic went above-and-beyond. During an unexpected Omicron quarantine, Yvonne worked the back channels to sort out my reimbursement and return flights, when a cruise representative was unreachable. I don't think I've ever seen such dedicated customer care as Yvonne provided to me. The real test of customer service is what it's like when things go wrong. My experience with travel agents in the past has been limited to someone who books you a ticket, and nothing more. Yvonne, on the other hand, was committed to the success of our entire trip. As far as I'm concerned, she has set the bar. I realize this sounds like hyperbole, but I mean it 100%: If you're lucky enough for Yvonne to take you on as your travel agent, don't pass up that opportunity. We'll never use anyone else.
