Multiple Trips with Excellent Service
Krista has worked with me on multiple travel arrangements. She is thorough, efficient, and knowledgeable. I used to book all my travel myself, and it was really stressful and overwhelming. Now I can pass that over to her and enjoy the time I don't have to spend planning my travels! I highly recommend reaching out to Krista for anything big or small!

Awesome Trip Family Trip
Krista provided excellent planning and support for a great family vacation in Costa Rica. The in-country support resource was excellent and made it easy to make an adjustment to our car rental and airport shuttle arrangements.

An awesome vacation!
Krista Tovell provided us with excellent service as a travel agent. It was our first time working with her and she proved to be very professional and knowledgeable. She was friendly, always willing to find additional information for us and patiently answered the many questions we had as she helped us to plan our vacation.

Awesome agent alert!!!
I have worked with Krista on many occasions including my destination wedding. Everything from planning and organizing to communicating between the resort was done through Krista, she made the process easy and stress free. Krista's always available to answer any and all questions regarding any kind of trips we have been on, I highly recommend her.

Book with confidence not with the internet!
Excellent. I even called from my destination when I ran into a problem and although not part of an agents job, she immediately resolved my issues. Dependable. I would never just book by the internet when I have Krista as an advocate when I travel. Amazing service before, during and after travel. I have booked multiple trips, vehicles and venues to multiple locations with Tovell Travel and will continue to do so.

Adventure in China
Krista was very helpful in planning a trip to China for both myself and my mom. We have always wanted to go but we have always had a budget that we did not want to exceed. Krista was able to work with us to find a supplier who offered the comfortable adventure experience we were looking for. Excellent Planning of our Family Vacation
Krista helped plan a family vacation to Walt Disney world. There were 5 families and 17 of us in total. She was very thorough, knowledgable, and organized. She made the process seem simple when dealing with multiple people with different interests and budgets.

We haven't had to deal with a travel agent for quite a number of years. When I contacted Tovell Travel, they were very friendly, open to discussion and quick to respond. They did not try to over sell any aspect of our package. They were also very knowledgeable about insurance and destinations. We had a very successful trip. Thanks for your help!

Excellent Service during COVID
Krista helped us book our honeymoon in Jamaica during the covid 19 pandemic. She was very helpful on getting us up to date covid details on the trip and helped us every step of the way. She provided us multiple options for travelling even during the pandemic and made our vacation effortless for me and my wife.

Magical Experience
I'm a very anxious person, when planning a big holiday I get worse. Mike answered all my emails, and my calls, EVERY little thing they helped us with which helped alleviate some of my anxieties. First Time Trip a Success
This is my husband's and mine first trip together...ever that involved more then 1 night and a 2 hour drive. They were very helpful and very patient providing quotes especially since our dates changed three times. They were quick to respond and are a wealth of information. You can tell this is their passion. Krista delivered out tickets which included complimentary toiletry kits which will be super helpful! When we go on our next trip (and hopefully this can become a yearly event) I will definitely be in contact with Mike again.

Best Surprise ever!
Krista is absolutely amazing to work with. She booked the flights for our then 12-year-old daughter when she traveled to The Netherlands by herself and helped us with the forms we needed to fill out. She also booked the flight for myself, I traveled 2.5 weeks later than my daughter to surprise my brother on his wedding day. The company I booked with went out of business and Krista was right there to help me book the flight with another company to make sure I arrived on time. Where it would have been extremely stressful, she took care of everything and my stress was non-existent. Highly recommended!

Small Request, but Big Service
I emailed Tovell Travel late one night in search of a last min hotel room for a couple nights stay in Ottawa. I don't travel, ever so I was completely out of my element even for something as simple as this. They responded promptly and gave me 3 choices that fit the needs of what I was looking for! Tovell Travel could have easily said this reqeust was too small to handle.Great customer service.

Fast, approachable, best travel agents

Best Trip
Have only been to 1 other vacation other then this one but it was so awesome, thank you to Tovell Travel for searching all different resorts until I found the perfect one, thank you for searching all the excursions. I wouldn't have gone to Cuba if it weren't for you, thank you! I will be back for my next vacation!

The best agent you could ask for!
I can not say enough good things!!! In the planning stage we thought we knew where we wanted to go, however after talking with him we chose a different location and it was even better. Our trip was cancelled due to a hurricane and he spent literally 12 hours the next day helping us figure out a solution. Above and beyond does not even begin to describe how helpful, patient, and excellent Tovell Travel is. I would recommend him in a heartbeat, and used him in the first place based on a recommendation from several happy people. You will not be sorry!
