Excellent!! Everything was planned and went smoothly, we had nothing to worry about. Transportation is my biggest concern, and we never had an issue. She provided us with several different options, and we were able to check everything off our list. She was easy to work with and accommodated our needs very professionally. I was interning in Bali for six weeks, and then my mother flew out to meet me and we traveled to Sydney, Melbourne, then Tokyo and Kyoto. She was extremely knowledgeable about all locations and was quick to answer all questions. Working with more than 3 countries and planning layovers in multiple cities, she was phenomenal.

Stress free Honeymoon!
My wife and I chose to work with Melissa to assist with planning our honeymoon since it was our first time traveling out of the country. Melissa was outstanding to work with from the very first call we had throughout our entire trip. If we ever had any questions, she was quick to respond with all the information we needed. I've never worked with a travel agent before, but I won't be doing any major travel without working with Melissa in the future; she was invaluable! I felt like she definitely went above and beyond for us making sure we didn't have to stress (as if having our wedding the day before we leave for Mexico wasn't stressful enough!). She even caught an error that the resort made with our final payment at the last second and stayed up into the wee hours of the morning on hold with them to make sure our resort didn't drop us last minute. 10/10 experience. You won't regret working with Melissa!!

Melissa was EXCELLENT!!! Could not have asked for a better travel agent. When I was about to go out of my ever loving mind, I contacted Melissa and she took over everything. I no longer had to worry about how I was going to pull this vacation off. Even when there was a pricing issue, she went well above and beyond for me. We cannot recommend using Melissa enough! Land, air, river cruise, activities- all were planned professionally with time for us to adventure on our own as well. A super fun trip!!
Wow!! Melissa is FABULOUS to work with! She thinks of everything, and gives pointers all the way up to the day you leave. She even texted us during trip to not only make sure we were having a fabulous time, she reminded us about seeing to airport shuttles. In a panic, I even contacted her about some dining reservations we were running late for. She was able to calm me down and provide me with a phone number to use. If a deal is to be found, Melissa WILL find it. I will be utilizing her services again. I HIGHLY recommend her to anyone!!

Looking back and reflecting on our trip I can't believe all the special experiences we had and all the things we got to do! Our drivers and guides were topnotch and so knowledgeable, friendly and caring. The only negative was the last hotel regarding accessibility but the breakfast was amazing and our hosts took care of all our needs and luggage so we didnt need to worry. Marvelous Mediterranean

Melissa, You did an excellent job!!!! We loved everything and will be repeat customers! We've already raved and shared your info with friends and family. I think if we were to give any feedback we loved the private compnents of our trip. In the future, we will heed your advice and would opt out of the big group excursions. I know they are cost saving but at times we felt like the sheep we watched in the sheep dog demonstration. Of course you warned us- lol. So this note is for others- follow Melissa's advice and dont spare the expense. Overall we had the most magical time in Ireland! Thank you again!

The most amazing trip!!
We initially wanted to take a cruise around Scotland and Ireland but after meeting with Melissa a couple of times and not really knowing anything about European travel, she advised that we should consider touring across Scotland and Ireland. She booked us with CIE Tours in 2019, but due to COVID, etc. we finally took our trip in June 2022. It was absolutely amazing! We did a lot on this trip from the Scotch Whiskey Experience in Edinburg to a sheep dog demonstration in Ireland, we were on the move! Beautiful countryside to see! Most of our meals were included and were exceptional! Melissa kept us in the loop about itinerary changes, etc., things to expect and was available when I had questions! Melissa has traveled to Europe and to Scotland and Ireland before, so her guidance was invaluable to us "newbies". We cannot thank Melissa enough for her professionalism, customer service, and recommendations about this trip!

A Trip of a Lifetime!
Melissa is wonderful!!! I will always use her as "My" travel agent. She was there if I needed to ask a question or just wanted suggestions throughout the entire process and vacation. She had backups of documents, etc., in case something happened - which didn't. However, that was especially comforting because we were going out of the country. Best Honeymoon ever!
Melissa helped my husband and I plan the best honeymoon ever! International travel is not something we are experts at but Melissa was with us every step of the way to make sure we had everything we needed to feel comfortable traveling during covid. Her expertise helped us choose the right destination and resort and we ended up picking the Dreams Onyx in the DR and could not have been happier with our choice. Melissa did a fantastic job booking our trip. We met to discuss places of interests and what we enjoyed doing while vacationing. She listened to what we liked and planned a perfect trip for us! Melissa managed to book our hotels near the train stations because we opted not to rent a car. Trains were scheduled perfectly allowing us to sleep in some, but still arrive in the next city in time to explore prior to sunset. All tours scheduled were fabulous and easy to locate because she also planned those near our hotels. Melissa did a great job and I would highly recommend her!
