This trip to Spain was incredible. Leslie worked with Avanti Destinations to plan this "trip of a lifetime." Everything worked like clockwork. Our transportation was perfect; our transfers were always there on time and were very friendly and professional; the 4 hotels were outstanding 4-star and 5-star accommodations always right in the middle of the best part of each city; and the tours (tapas, flamenco dance show, and wine and cheese tours) that we had were private and with very knowledgeable people who loved to show-off their cities. We planned this trip early and Leslie was able to meet all of our requirements for the trip. We will definitely be using her to plan our next getaway. We went to Barcelona, Sevilla, Malaga, and Madrid, spending 3 or 4 days at each city. That was all a perfect amount of time at each one.

My experience working with Leslie and Apple Vacations was so stress free! We told Leslie we wanted a US based honeymoon and were given multiple options within our budget. We chose a five star resort in Puerto Rico that was amazing. We stayed at Hyatt Regency Grand Reserve. The resort was immaculate and boasts the largest pool in PR. We were given a complimentary ride from the airport to the hotel. We also had an included breakfast at our resort that was some of our favorite meals while there! We went on snorkeling and rain forest excursions and had so many laughs doing so. I highly recommend that resort and going to El Yunque rain forest! Also, Leslie was easily reachable and patiently answered any questions or concerns we had, highly recommend booking through her. She for sure got us the best deal possible without compromising quality.

Out of entire 12 days, only really two very small issues where transfer out of Naples train station to Sorrento was a bit messy and driver said had to pick of two couples because our driver was in an accident; and air conditioner in Rome hotel was not the best but good enough, yet hotel and service were great. All told a major successful trip! We were very grateful for your work putting this together! We will absolutely contact you again for future trips.

We planned a week long trip to the Amalfi Coast thru Leslie. As it was a trip with our granddaughter, we wanted it to be perfect. She first of all urged us to base our stay in Sorrento; I have to say that ALL the details that Leslie worked out were just right. From the greeter at the Rome airport, to the drivers we had in several locations, to the tickets she secured for a golf cart tour of Rome, and our boat trip to Capri,----every service was on-time, with friendly helpful people. The drivers had spotless cars and great attitudes. The two hotels we stayed at in Rome at the beginning of our trip and at the end, were located perfectly. Leslie was easy to work with: the best part is she was flexible and understood our priorities and preferences. From our arrival in Dublin; Leslie had transfers waiting to pick us up and drop at hotel. Leslie always picks hotels that are unique to the town/country we are visiting; never a big hotel chain. We were then picked up every morning from our hotel by a private driver. William was so friendly and he even brought us coffee/treats every morning. We enjoyed the destinations selected and the tour guide who personally drove us from town to town with his personal perspective on Ireland’s history and charm. William always advised us the best ways to visit all of the sights and knew how to steer clear of the crowds of tourists. Leslie was spot on when advising us to choose a private tour/driver at little more cost than the group tours but it was worth it and we highly recommend it.
